12. But I would ye should understand <1097-ginosko->, brethren

15 Some <5100-tis-> indeed <3303-men-> preach < 2784-kerusso->
Christ <5547-Christos-> even <2532-kai-> of envy < 5355-phthonos-
> and strife <2054-eris->; and some <5100-tis-> also <2532-kai->
of good <2107-eudokia-> will <2107-eudokia->:

16 The one <3303-men-> preach <2605-kataggello-> Christ <5547-
Christos-> of contention <2052-eritheia->, not sincerely <0055-
hagnos->, supposing <3633-oiomai-> to add <2018- epiphero->
affliction <2347-thlipsis-> to my bonds <1199-desmon-> :

17 But the other of love <0026-agape->, knowing <1492- eido->
that I am set <2749-keimai-> for the defence <0627- apologia-> of
the gospel <2098-euaggelion->.

18 What <5101-tis-> then <1063-gar->? notwithstanding <4133-
plen->, every <3956-pas-> way <5158-tropos->, whether <1535-eite-
> in pretence <4392-prophasis->, or <1535-eite-> in truth <0226-

19 For I know <1492-eido-> that this <5124-touto-> shall turn

which is far <3123-mallon-> better <2909-kreitton->:

24 Nevertheless <1161-de-> to abide <1961-epimeno-> in the

anagkaios-> for you.

25 And having this <5124-touto-> confidence <3982- peitho->, I
know <1492-eido-> that I shall abide <3306-meno-> and continue

humon-> furtherance <4297-prokope-> and joy <5479- chara-> of

Philippians 2

5 Let this <5124-touto-> mind <5426-phroneo-> be in you, which

6 Who, being <5225-huparcho-> in the form <3444-morphe- > of God
<2316-theos->, thought <2233-hegeomai-> it not robbery <0725-
harpagmos-> to be equal <2470-isos-> with God <2316- theos->:

7 But made <1096-ginomai-> himself <1438-heautou-> of no <5013-
tapeinoo-> reputation <2758-kenoo->, and took <2983- lambano->
upon him the form <3444-morphe-> of a servant <1401- doulos->,

12. Wherefore <5620-hoste->, my beloved <0027-agapetos- >, as ye
have always <3842-pantote-> obeyed <5219-hupakouo->, not as in
my presence <3952-parousia-> only <3440-monon->, but now <3568-
nun-> much <4183-polus-> more <3123-mallon-> in my absence <0666-

15 That ye may be blameless <0273-amemptos-> and harmless <0185-

without <0298-amometos-> rebuke <0298-amometos->, in the midst

things which are Jesus <2424-Iesous-> Christ's <5547- Christos->.

that, as a son <5043-teknon-> with the father <3962- pater->, he
hath served <1398-douleuo-> with me in the gospel <2098-
euaggelion->.

23 Him therefore <3767-oun-> I hope <1679-elpizo-> to send
<3992-pempo-> presently <1824-exautes->, so <5613- hos-> soon as
I shall see <0872-aphorao-> how <4012-peri-> it will go with me.

Philippians 3

1. Finally <3063-loipon->, my brethren <0080-adephos- >, rejoice

[is] not grievous <3636-okneros->, but for you [it is] safe

2 Beware <0991-blepo-> of dogs <2965-kuon->, beware <0991-blepo-
> of evil <2556-kakos-> workers <2040-ergates->, beware <0991-
blepo-> of the concision <2699-katatome->.

3 For we are the circumcision <4061-peritome->, which < 3588-ho-

8 Yea <0235-alla-> doubtless <3304-menounge->, and I count
<2233-hegeomai-> all <3956-pas-> things [but] loss <2209-zemia->
for the excellency <5242-huperecho-> of the knowledge < 1108-
gnosis-> of Christ <5547-Christos-> Jesus <2424- Iesous-> my Lord

13 Brethren <0080-adephos->, I count <3049-logizomai- > not
myself to have apprehended <2638-katalambano->: but [this] one
<1520-heis-> thing <1520-heis-> [I do], forgetting <1950-
epilanthanomai-> those <3588-ho-> things which are behind <3694-
opiso->, and reaching <1901-epekteinomai-> forth < 1901-
epekteinomai-> unto those <3588-ho-> things which are before

16 Nevertheless <4133-plen->, whereto <3739-hos-> we have
already <5348-phthano-> attained <5348-phthano->, let us walk
<4748-stoicheo-> by the same <0846-autos-> rule < 2583-kanon->,
let us mind <5426-phroneo-> the same <0846-autos-> thing.

17. Brethren <0080-adephos->, be followers <4831- summimetes->
together <4831-summimetes-> of me, and mark <4648-skopeo- > them
which walk <4043-peripateo-> so <3779-houto-> as ye have <2192-
echo-> us for an ensample <5179-tupos->.

Philippians 4
