1492> seven <G 2033> golden <G 5552> candlesticks <G 3087>;



:13 And in the midst <G 3319> of the seven <G 2033> candlesticks
<G 3087> [one] like <G 3664> unto the Son <G 5207> of man <G
0444>, clothed <G 1746> with a garment <G 4158> down to the foot
<G 4158>, and girt <G 4024> about <G 4024> the paps <G 3149>
with a golden <G 5552> girdle <G 2223>.



:14 His head <G 2776> and [his] hairs <G 2359> [were] white <G
3022> like <G 5616> wool <G 2053>, as white <G 3022> as snow <G
5510>; and his eyes <G 3788> [were] as a flame <G 5395> of fire

:15 And his feet <G 4228> like <G 3664> unto fine brass <G 5474>,

:20 The mystery <G 3466> of the seven <G 2033> stars <G 0792>
which <G 3739> thou sawest <G 1492> in my right <G 1188> hand,
and the seven <G 2033> golden <G 5552> candlesticks <G 3087>.
The seven <G 2033> stars <G 0792> are the angels < G 0032> of the
seven <G 2033> churches <G 1577>: and the seven <G 2033>
candlesticks <G 3087> which <G 3739> thou sawest < G 1492> are
the seven <G 2033> churches <G 1577>.

things saith <G 3004> he that holdeth <G 2902> the seven <G
2033> stars <G 0792> in his right <G 1188> hand, who <G 3588>
walketh <G 4043> in the midst <G 3319> of the seven <G 2033>
golden <G 5552> candlesticks <G 3087>;



:2 I know <G 1492> thy works <G 2041>, and thy labour <G 2873>,
and thy patience <G 5281>, and how <G 3754> thou canst <G 1410>
not bear <G 0941> them which are evil <G 2556>: and thou hast
tried <G 3985> them which say <G 5335> they are apostles <G
0652>, and are not, and hast found <G 2147> them liars <G 5571>:



:3 And hast borne <G 0941>, and hast <G 2192> patience <G 5281>,

:4 Nevertheless <G 0235> I have <G 2192> [somewhat] against <G

:5 Remember <G 3421> therefore <G 3767> from whence <G 4159>
thou art fallen <G 1601>, and repent <G 3340>, and do <G 4160>
the first <G 4413> works <G 2041>; or <G 1161> else <G 1490> I
will come <G 2064> unto thee quickly <G 5035>, and will remove
<G 2795> thy candlestick <G 3087> out of his place <G 5117>,
except <G 3362> thou repent <G 3340>.



:6 But this <G 5124> thou hast <G 2192>, that thou hatest <G
3404> the deeds <G 2041> of the Nicolaitans <G 3531>, which <G
3739> I also <G 2504> hate <G 3404>.





:7 He that hath <G 2192> an ear <G 3775>, let him hear <G 0191>
what <G 5101> the Spirit <G 4151> saith <G 3004> unto the
churches <G 1577>; To him that overcometh <G 3528> will I give
<G 1325> to eat <G 5315> of the tree <G 3586> of life <G 2222>,
which <G 3739> is in the midst <G 3319> of the paradise <G 3857>
of God <G 2316>.



:8 And unto the angel <G 0032> of the church <G 1577> in Smyrna
<G 4668> write <G 1125>; These <G 3592> things saith <G 3004>
the first <G 4413> and the last <G 2078>, which <G 3739> was
dead <G 3498>, and is alive <G 2198>;



:9 I know <G 1492> thy works <G 2041>, and tribulation <G 2347>,
and poverty <G 4432>, (but thou art <G 1488> rich < G 4145>) and
[I know] the blasphemy <G 0988> of them which <G 3588> say <G
3004> they are Jews <G 2453>, and are not, but [are] the
synagogue <G 4864> of Satan <G 4567>.



:10 Fear <G 5399> none <G 3367> of those <G 3588> things which
<G 3739> thou shalt suffer <G 3958>: behold <G 2400>, the devil
<G 1228> shall cast <G 0906> [some] of you into <G 1519> prison
<G 5438>, that ye may be tried <G 3985>; and ye shall have <G
2192> tribulation <G 2347> ten <G 1176> days <G 2250>: be thou
faithful <G 4103> unto death <G 2288>, and I will give <G 1325>
thee a crown <G 4735> of life <G 2222>.



:11 He that hath <G 2192> an ear <G 3775>, let him hear <G 0191>
what <G 5101> the Spirit <G 4151> saith <G 3004> unto the
churches <G 1577>; He that overcometh <G 3528> shall not be hurt
<G 0091> of the second <G 1208> death <G 2288>.



:12 And to the angel <G 0032> of the church <G 1577> in Pergamos
<G 4010> write <G 1125>; These <G 3592> things saith <G 3004> he
which hath <G 2192> the sharp <G 3691> sword <G 4501> with two
<G 1366> edges <G 1366>;



:13 I know <G 1492> thy works <G 2041>, and where < G 4226> thou
dwellest <G 2730>, [even] where <G 3699> Satan's < G 4567> seat
<G 2362> [is]: and thou holdest <G 2902> fast my name <G 3686>,
and hast not denied <G 0720> my faith <G 4102>, even <G 2532> in
those <G 3588> days <G 2250> wherein <G 3757> Antipas <G 0493>
[was] my faithful <G 4103> martyr <G 3144>, who <G 3739> was

:14 But I have <G 2192> a few <G 3641> things against <G 2596>
thee, because <G 3754> thou hast <G 2192> there <G 1563> them
that hold <G 2902> the doctrine <G 1322> of Balaam <G 0903>, who
<G 3739> taught <G 1321> Balac <G 0904> to cast <G 0906> a
stumblingblock <G 4625> before <G 1799> the children <G 5207> of
Israel <G 2474>, to eat <G 5315> things sacrificed <G 1494> unto
idols <G 1494>, and to commit <G 4203> fornication <G 4203>.



:15 So <G 3779> hast <G 2192> thou also <G 2532> them that hold
<G 2902> the doctrine <G 1322> of the Nicolaitans < G 3531>,
which <G 3739> thing I hate <G 3404>.



:16 Repent <G 3340>; or <G 1161> else <G 1490> I will come <G
2064> unto thee quickly <G 5035>, and will fight <G 4170>
against <G 3326> them with the sword <G 4501> of my mouth <G
4750>.



:17 He that hath <G 2192> an ear <G 3775>, let him hear <G 0191>
what <G 5101> the Spirit <G 4151> saith <G 3004> unto the
churches <G 1577>; To him that overcometh <G 3528> will I give
<G 1325> to eat <G 5315> of the hidden <G 2928> manna <G 3131>,
and will give <G 1325> him a white <G 3022> stone < G 5586>, and
in the stone <G 5586> a new <G 2537> name <G 3686> written <G
1125>, which <G 3739> no <G 3762> man <G 3762> knoweth <G 1097>
saving <G 1508> he that receiveth <G 2983> [it].



:18 And unto the angel <G 0032> of the church <G 1577> in
Thyatira <G 2363> write <G 1125>; These <G 3592> things saith <G
3004> the Son <G 5207> of God <G 2316>, who <G 3588> hath <G
2192> his eyes <G 3788> like <G 5613> unto a flame <G 5395> of
fire <G 4442>, and his feet <G 4228> [are] like <G 3664> fine
brass <G 5474>;



:19 I know <G 1492> thy works <G 2041>, and charity <G 0026>,
and service <G 1248>, and faith <G 4102>, and thy patience <G
5281>, and thy works <G 2041>; and the last <G 2078> [to be]
more <G 4119> than the first <G 4413>.



:20 Notwithstanding <G 0235> I have <G 2192> a few <G 3641>
things against <G 2596> thee, because <G 3754> thou sufferest <G
1439> that woman <G 1135> Jezebel <G 2403>, which <G 3588>
calleth <G 3004> herself <G 1438> a prophetess <G 4398>, to
teach <G 1321> and to seduce <G 4105> my servants < G 1401> to
commit <G 4203> fornication <G 4203>, and to eat < G 5315> things
sacrificed <G 1494> unto idols <G 1494>.



:21 And I gave <G 1325> her space <G 5550> to repent <G 3340> of
her fornication <G 4202>; and she repented <G 3340> not.



:22 Behold <G 2400>, I will cast <G 0906> her into <G 1519> a
bed <G 2825>, and them that commit <G 3431> adultery <G 3431>
with her into <G 1519> great <G 3173> tribulation < G 2347>,
except <G 3362> they repent <G 3340> of their deeds <G 2041>.



:23 And I will kill <G 0615> her children <G 5043> with death <G
2288>; and all <G 3956> the churches <G 1577> shall know <G
1097> that I am <G 1510> he which <G 3739> searcheth <G 2045>
the reins <G 3510> and hearts <G 2588>: and I will give <G 1325>
unto every <G 1538> one of you according <G 2596> to your <G
5216> works <G 2041>.



:24 But unto you I say <G 3004>, and unto the rest <G 3062> in
Thyatira <G 2363>, as many <G 3745> as have <G 2192> not this <G
5026> doctrine <G 1322>, and which <G 3748> have not known <G
1097> the depths <G 0899> of Satan <G 4567>, as they speak <G
3004>; I will put <G 0906> upon you none <G 3367> other <G 0243>
burden <G 0922>.



:25 But that which ye have <G 2192> [already] hold <G 2902> fast
till <G 0891> I come <G 2240>.



:26 And he that overcometh <G 3528>, and keepeth <G 5083> my
works <G 2041> unto the end <G 5056>, to him will I give <G
1325> power <G 1849> over <G 1909> the nations < G 1484>:



:27 And he shall rule <G 4165> them with a rod <G 4464> of iron
<G 4603>; as the vessels <G 4632> of a potter <G 2764> shall
they be broken <G 4937> to shivers <G 4937>: even < G 2504> as I
received <G 2983> of my Father <G 3962>.



:28 And I will give <G 1325> him the morning <G 4407> star <G
0792>.



:29 He that hath <G 2192> an ear <G 3775>, let him hear <G 0191>
what <G 5101> the Spirit <G 4151> saith <G 3004> unto the
churches <G 1577>.

stars <G 0792>; I know <G 1492> thy works <G 2041>, that thou
hast <G 2192> a name <G 3686> that thou livest <G 2198>, and art
<G 1488> dead <G 3498>.



:2 Be watchful <G 1127>, and strengthen <G 4741> the things
which remain <G 3062>, that are ready <G 3195> to die <G 0599>:
for I have not found <G 2147> thy works <G 2041> perfect <G
4137> before <G 1799> God <G 2316>.



:3 Remember <G 3421> therefore <G 3767> how <G 4459> thou hast
received <G 2983> and heard <G 0191>, and hold <G 5083> fast,
and repent <G 3340>. If <G 1437> therefore <G 3767> thou shalt
not watch <G 1127>, I will come <G 2240> on <G 1909> thee as a
thief <G 2812>, and thou shalt not know <G 1097> what <G 4169>
hour <G 5610> I will come <G 2240> upon thee.



:4 Thou hast <G 2192> a few <G 3641> names <G 3686> even <G
2532> in Sardis <G 4554> which <G 3739> have not defiled <G
3435> their garments <G 2440>; and they shall walk <G 4043> with
me in white <G 3022>: for they are worthy <G 0514>.



:5 He that overcometh <G 3528>, the same <G 3778> shall be
clothed <G 4016> in white <G 3022> raiment <G 2440>; and I will
not blot <G 1813> out his name <G 3686> out of the book <G 0976>
of life <G 2222>, but I will confess <G 1843> his name <G 3686>
before <G 1799> my Father <G 3962>, and before <G 1799> his
angels <G 0032>.



:6 He that hath <G 2192> an ear <G 3775>, let him hear <G 0191>
what <G 5101> the Spirit <G 4151> saith <G 3004> unto the
churches <G 1577>.



:7 And to the angel <G 0032> of the church <G 1577> in
Philadelphia <G 5359> write <G 1125>; These <G 3592> things
saith <G 3004> he that is holy <G 0040>, he that is true <G
0228>, he that hath <G 2192> the key <G 2807> of David <G 1138>,
he that openeth <G 0455>, and no <G 3762> man <G 3762> shutteth

:9 Behold <G 2400>, I will make <G 1325> them of the synagogue
<G 4864> of Satan <G 4567>, which <G 3588> say <G 3004> they are
Jews <G 2453>, and are not, but do lie <G 5574>; behold <G 2400>,
I will make <G 4160> them to come <G 2240> and worship <G 4352>
before <G 1799> thy feet <G 4228>, and to know <G 1097> that I
have loved <G 0025> thee.



:10 Because <G 3754> thou hast kept <G 5083> the word <G 3056>
of my patience <G 5281>, I also <G 2504> will keep <G 5083> thee
from the hour <G 5610> of temptation <G 3986>, which <G 3588>
shall come <G 2064> upon all <G 3650> the world <G 3625>, to try
<G 3985> them that dwell <G 2730> upon the earth < G 1093>.



:11 Behold <G 2400>, I come <G 2064> quickly <G 5035>: hold <G

3367> man <G 3367> take <G 2983> thy crown <G 4735>.



:12 Him that overcometh <G 3528> will I make <G 4160> a pillar
<G 4769> in the temple <G 3485> of my God <G 2316>, and he shall
go <G 1831> no <G 3364> more <G 2089> out: and I will write <G
1125> upon him the name <G 3686> of my God <G 2316> , and the
name <G 3686> of the city <G 4172> of my God <G 2316>, [which <G

:14 And unto the angel <G 0032> of the church <G 1577> of the
Laodiceans <G 2994> write <G 1125>; These <G 3592> things saith
<G 3004> the Amen <G 0281>, the faithful <G 4103> and true <G
0228> witness <G 3144>, the beginning <G 0746> of the creation

:15 I know <G 1492> thy works <G 2041>, that thou art <G 1488>

2200>, I will <G 3195> spue <G 1692> thee out of my mouth <G

:17 Because <G 3754> thou sayest <G 3004>, I am <G 1510> rich <G
4145>, and increased <G 4147> with goods <G 4147>, and have <G
2192> need <G 5532> of nothing <G 3762>; and knowest <G 1492>
not that thou art <G 1488> wretched <G 5005>, and miserable <G
1652>, and poor <G 4434>, and blind <G 5185>, and naked <G 1131>:



:18 I counsel <G 4823> thee to buy <G 0059> of me gold <G 5553>
tried <G 4448> in the fire <G 4442>, that thou mayest be rich <G
4147>; and white <G 3022> raiment <G 2440>, that thou mayest be
clothed <G 4016>, and [that] the shame <G 0152> of thy nakedness

:19 As many <G 3745> as I love <G 5368>, I rebuke < G 1651> and
chasten <G 3811>: be zealous <G 2206> therefore <G 3767>, and
repent <G 3340>.



:20 Behold <G 2400>, I stand <G 2476> at <G 1909> the door <G
2374>, and knock <G 2925>: if <G 1437> any <G 5100> man hear <G
0191> my voice <G 5456>, and open <G 0455> the door <G 2374>, I
will come <G 1525> in to him, and will sup <G 1172> with him,
and he with me.



:21 To him that overcometh <G 3528> will I grant <G 1325> to sit
<G 2523> with me in my throne <G 2362>, even <G 2504> as I also
<G 2504> overcame <G 3528>, and am set <G 2523> down <G 2523>
with my Father <G 3962> in his throne <G 2362>.

:5 And out of the throne <G 2362> proceeded <G 1607> lightnings
<G 0796> and thunderings <G 1027> and voices <G 5456>: and
[there were] seven <G 2033> lamps <G 2985> of fire <G 4442>
burning <G 2545> before <G 1799> the throne <G 2362>, which <G
3739> are the seven <G 2033> Spirits <G 4151> of God <G 2316>.



:6 And before <G 1799> the throne <G 2362> [there was] a sea <G
2281> of glass <G 5193> like <G 3664> unto crystal <G 2930>: and
in the midst <G 3319> of the throne <G 2362>, and round <G 2943>
about <G 2943> the throne <G 2362>, [were] four <G 5064> beasts
<G 2226> full <G 1073> of eyes <G 3788> before <G 1715> and
behind <G 3693>.



:7 And the first <G 4413> beast <G 2226> [was] like <G 3664> a
lion <G 3023>, and the second <G 1208> beast <G 2226> like <G
3664> a calf <G 3448>, and the third <G 5154> beast <G 2226> had
<G 2192> a face <G 4383> as a man <G 0444>, and the fourth <G
5067> beast <G 2226> [was] like <G 3664> a flying <G 4072> eagle

:8 And the four <G 5064> beasts <G 2226> had <G 2192> each <G
0303> of them six <G 1803> wings <G 4420> about <G 2943> [him];
and [they were] full <G 1073> of eyes <G 3788> within <G 2081>:
and they rest <G 0372> not day <G 2250> and night < G 3571>,
saying <G 3004>, Holy <G 0040>, holy <G 0040>, holy <G 0040>,
Lord <G 2962> God <G 2316> Almighty <G 3841>, which <G 3588> was,

:9 And when <G 3752> those <G 3588> beasts <G 2226> give <G

:6 And I beheld <G 1492>, and, lo <G 2400>, in the midst <G

2226>, and in the midst <G 3319> of the elders <G 4245>, stood
<G 2476> a Lamb <G 0721> as it had been slain <G 4969>, having

the four <G 5064> beasts <G 2226> and four <G 5064> [and] twenty

<G 3004>, Thou art <G 1488> worthy <G 0514> to take <G 2983> the
book <G 0975>, and to open <G 0455> the seals <G 4973> thereof
<G 0846>: for thou wast slain <G 4969>, and hast redeemed <G
0059> us to God <G 2316> by thy blood <G 0129> out of every <G
3956> kindred <G 5443>, and tongue <G 1100>, and people <G 2992>,

:10 And hast made <G 4160> us unto our God <G 2316> kings <G
0935> and priests <G 2409>: and we shall reign <G 0936> on <G

:11 And I beheld <G 1492>, and I heard <G 0191> the voice <G
5456> of many <G 4183> angels <G 0032> round <G 2943> about <G
2943> the throne <G 2362> and the beasts <G 2226> and the elders

2192> a bow <G 5115>; and a crown <G 4735> was given <G 1325>
unto him: and he went <G 1831> forth <G 1831> conquering <G

seal <G 4973>, I heard <G 0191> the second <G 1208> beast <G
2226> say <G 3004>, Come <G 2064> and see <G 0991>.



:4 And there went <G 1831> out another <G 0243> horse <G 2462>
[that was] red <G 4450>: and [power] was given <G 1325> to him
that sat <G 2521> thereon <G 0846> to take <G 2983> peace <G
1515> from the earth <G 1093>, and that they should kill <G
4969> one <G 0240> another <G 0240>: and there was given <G
1325> unto him a great <G 3173> sword <G 3162>.



:5 And when <G 3753> he had opened <G 0455> the third <G 5154>
seal <G 4973>, I heard <G 0191> the third <G 5154> beast <G
2226> say <G 3004>, Come <G 2064> and see <G 0991>. And I beheld
<G 1492>, and lo <G 2400> a black <G 3189> horse <G 2462>; and
he that sat <G 2521> on <G 1909> him had <G 2192> a pair <G
2218> of balances <G 3976> in his hand <G 5495>.



:6 And I heard <G 0191> a voice <G 5456> in the midst <G 3319>
of the four <G 5064> beasts <G 2226> say <G 3004>, A measure <G
5518> of wheat <G 4621> for a penny <G 1220>, and three <G 5140>
measures <G 5518> of barley <G 2915> for a penny < G 1220>; and
[see] thou hurt <G 0091> not the oil <G 1637> and the wine <G
3631>.



:7 And when <G 3753> he had opened <G 0455> the fourth <G 5067>
seal <G 4973>, I heard <G 0191> the voice <G 5456> of the fourth
<G 5067> beast <G 2226> say <G 3004>, Come < G 2064> and see <G
0991>.



:8 And I looked <G 1492>, and behold <G 2400> a pale <G 5515>
horse <G 2462>: and his name <G 3686> that sat <G 2521> on <G
1883> him was Death <G 2288>, and Hell <G 0086> followed <G
0190> with him. And power <G 1849> was given <G 1325> unto them
over <G 1909> the fourth <G 5067> part of the earth <G 1093>, to
kill <G 0615> with sword <G 4501>, and with hunger <G 3042>, and
with death <G 2288>, and with the beasts <G 2342> of the earth
<G 1093>.



:9 And when <G 3753> he had opened <G 0455> the fifth <G 3991>
seal <G 4973>, I saw <G 1492> under <G 5270> the altar <G 2379>
the souls <G 5590> of them that were slain <G 4969> for the word
<G 3056> of God <G 2316>, and for the testimony <G 3141> which
<G 3739> they held <G 2192>:



:10 And they cried <G 2896> with a loud <G 3173> voice <G 5456>,
saying <G 3004>, How <G 2193> long <G 2193>, O Lord <G 1203>,
holy <G 0040> and true <G 0228>, dost thou not judge <G 2919>
and avenge <G 1556> our blood <G 0129> on <G 1909> them that
dwell <G 2730> on <G 1909> the earth <G 1093>?



:11 And white <G 3022> robes <G 4749> were given < G 1325> unto
every <G 1538> one of them; and it was said <G 4483> unto them,
that they should rest <G 0373> yet <G 2089> for a little <G
3398> season <G 5550>, until <G 2193> their fellowservants <G
4889> also <G 2532> and their brethren <G 0080>, that should <G
3195> be killed <G 0615> as they [were], should be fulfilled <G
4137>.



:12 And I beheld <G 1492> when <G 3753> he had opened <G 0455>
the sixth <G 1623> seal <G 4973>, and, lo <G 2400>, there was a
great <G 3173> earthquake <G 4578>; and the sun <G 2246> became
<G 1096> black <G 3189> as sackcloth <G 4526> of hair <G 5155>,
and the moon <G 4582> became <G 1096> as blood <G 0129>;



:13 And the stars <G 0792> of heaven <G 3772> fell <G 4098> unto
the earth <G 1093>, even as a fig <G 4808> tree <G 4808> casteth
<G 0906> her untimely <G 3653> figs <G 3653>, when she is shaken
<G 4579> of a mighty <G 3173> wind <G 0417>.



:14 And the heaven <G 3772> departed <G 0673> as a scroll <G
0975> when it is rolled <G 1507> together; and every < G 3956>
mountain <G 3735> and island <G 3520> were moved < G 2795> out of
their places <G 5117>.



:15 And the kings <G 0935> of the earth <G 1093>, and the great
<G 3175> men, and the rich <G 4145> men, and the chief <G 5506>
captains <G 5506>, and the mighty <G 1415> men, and every <G
3956> bondman <G 1401>, and every <G 3956> free <G 1658> man,
hid <G 2928> themselves <G 1438> in the dens <G 4693> and in the
rocks <G 4073> of the mountains <G 3735>;



:16 And said <G 3004> to the mountains <G 3735> and rocks <G
4073>, Fall <G 4098> on <G 1909> us, and hide < G 2928> us from
the face <G 4383> of him that sitteth <G 2521> on < G 1909> the
throne <G 2362>, and from the wrath <G 3709> of the Lamb <G

:17 For the great <G 3173> day <G 2250> of his wrath <G 3709> is
come <G 2064>; and who <G 5101> shall be able <G 1410> to stand
<G 2476>?

:2 And I saw <G 1492> another <G 0243> angel <G 0032> ascending

4973> of the living <G 2198> God <G 2316>: and he cried <G 2896>
with a loud <G 3173> voice <G 5456> to the four <G 5064> angels
<G 0032>, to whom <G 3739> it was given <G 1325> to hurt <G
0091> the earth <G 1093> and the sea <G 2281>,



:3 Saying <G 3004>, Hurt <G 0091> not the earth <G 1093>,
neither <G 3383> the sea <G 2281>, nor <G 3383> the trees <G
1186>, till <G 0891> we have sealed <G 4972> the servants <G
1401> of our God <G 2316> in their foreheads <G 3359>.



:4 And I heard <G 0191> the number <G 0706> of them which were
sealed <G 4972>: [and there were] sealed <G 4972> an hundred <G
1540> [and] forty <G 5062> [and] four <G 5064> thousand <G 5505>
of all <G 3956> the tribes <G 5443> of the children <G 5207> of
Israel <G 2474>.



:5 Of the tribe <G 5443> of Juda <G 2455> [were] sealed <G 4972>
twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505>. Of the tribe <G 5443> of
Reuben <G 4502> [were] sealed <G 4972> twelve <G 1427> thousand
<G 5505>. Of the tribe <G 5443> of Gad <G 1045> [were] sealed <G
4972> twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505>.



:6 Of the tribe <G 5443> of Aser <G 0768> [were] sealed <G 4972>
twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505> Of the tribe <G 5443> of
Nepthalim <G 3508> [were] sealed <G 4972> twelve < G 1427>
thousand <G 5505>. Of the tribe <G 5443> of Manasses <G 3128>
[were] sealed <G 4972> twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505>.



:7 Of the tribe <G 5443> of Simeon <G 4826> [were] sealed <G
4972> twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505>. Of the tribe <G 5443>
of Levi <G 3017> [were] sealed <G 4972> twelve <G 1427> thousand
<G 5505>. Of the tribe <G 5443> of Issachar <G 2466> [were]
sealed <G 4972> twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505>.



:8 Of the tribe <G 5443> of Zabulon <G 2194> [were] sealed <G
4972> twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505>. Of the tribe <G 5443>
of Joseph <G 2501> [were] sealed <G 4972> twelve < G 1427>
thousand <G 5505>. Of the tribe <G 5443> of Benjamin <G 0958>
[were] sealed <G 4972> twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505>.



:9 After <G 3326> this <G 5023> I beheld <G 1492>, and, lo <G
2400>, a great <G 4183> multitude <G 3793>, which <G 3739> no <G
3762> man <G 3762> could <G 1410> number <G 0705>, of all <G
3956> nations <G 1484>, and kindreds <G 5443>, and people <G
2992>, and tongues <G 1100>, stood <G 2476> before <G 1799> the
throne <G 2362>, and before <G 1799> the Lamb <G 0721>, clothed
<G 4016> with white <G 3022> robes <G 4749>, and palms <G 5404>
in their hands <G 5495>;



:10 And cried <G 2896> with a loud <G 3173> voice < G 5456>,
saying <G 3004>, Salvation <G 4991> to our God <G 2316> which <G
3588> sitteth <G 2521> upon the throne <G 2362>, and unto the
Lamb <G 0721>.



:11 And all <G 3956> the angels <G 0032> stood <G 2476> round <G
2943> about <G 2943> the throne <G 2362>, and [about] the elders
<G 4245> and the four <G 5064> beasts <G 2226>, and fell <G
4098> before <G 1799> the throne <G 2362> on <G 1909> their
faces <G 4383>, and worshipped <G 4352> God <G 2316>,



:12 Saying <G 3004>, Amen <G 0281>: Blessing <G 2129>, and glory
<G 1391>, and wisdom <G 4678>, and thanksgiving <G 2169>, and
honour <G 5092>, and power <G 1411>, and might <G 2479>, [be]
unto our God <G 2316> for ever <G 0165> and ever < G 0165>. Amen

:13 And one <G 1520> of the elders <G 4245> answered <G 0611>,
saying <G 3004> unto me, What <G 5101> are these < G 3778> which
<G 3588> are arrayed <G 4016> in white <G 3022> robes <G 4749>?
and whence <G 4159> came <G 2064> they?



:14 And I said <G 2046> unto him, Sir <G 2962>, thou knowest <G
1492>. And he said <G 2036> to me, These <G 3778> are they which
came <G 2064> out of great <G 3173> tribulation <G 2347>, and
have washed <G 4150> their robes <G 4749>, and made <G 3021>
them white <G 3021> in the blood <G 0129> of the Lamb <G 0721>.



:15 Therefore <G 5124> are they before <G 1799> the throne <G
2362> of God <G 2316>, and serve <G 3000> him day <G 2250> and
night <G 3571> in his temple <G 3485>: and he that sitteth <G
2521> on <G 1909> the throne <G 2362> shall dwell <G 4637> among
<G 1909> them.



:16 They shall hunger <G 3983> no <G 3756> more <G 2089>,
neither <G 3761> thirst <G 1372> any <G 2089> more <G 2089>;
neither <G 3761> shall the sun <G 2246> light <G 4098> on <G
1909> them, nor <G 3761> any <G 3956> heat <G 2738>.





:17 For the Lamb <G 0721> which <G 3588> is in the midst <G
3319> of the throne <G 2362> shall feed <G 4165> them, and shall
lead <G 3594> them unto living <G 2198> fountains < G 4077> of
waters <G 5204>: and God <G 2316> shall wipe <G 1813> away <G
1813> all <G 3956> tears <G 1144> from their eyes <G 3788>.

4602> in heaven <G 3772> about <G 5613> the space of half <G

:2 And I saw <G 1492> the seven <G 2033> angels <G 0032> which
<G 3739> stood <G 2476> before <G 1799> God < G 2316>; and to
them were given <G 1325> seven <G 2033> trumpets < G 4536>.



:3 And another <G 0243> angel <G 0032> came <G 2064> and stood
<G 2476> at <G 1909> the altar <G 2379>, having <G 2192> a
golden <G 5552> censer <G 3031>; and there was given <G 1325>
unto him much <G 4183> incense <G 2368>, that he should offer <G
1325> [it] with the prayers <G 4335> of all <G 3956> saints <G
0040> upon the golden <G 5552> altar <G 2379> which <G 3588> was
before <G 1799> the throne <G 2362>.



:4 And the smoke <G 2586> of the incense <G 2368>, [which came]
with the prayers <G 4335> of the saints <G 0040>, ascended <G
0305> up before <G 1799> God <G 2316> out of the angel's <G
0032> hand <G 5495>.



:5 And the angel <G 0032> took <G 2983> the censer <G 3031>, and
filled <G 1072> it with fire <G 4442> of the altar <G 2379>, and
cast <G 0906> [it] into <G 1519> the earth <G 1093>: and there
were voices <G 5456>, and thunderings <G 1027>, and lightnings
<G 0796>, and an earthquake <G 4578>.



:6 And the seven <G 2033> angels <G 0032> which <G 3588> had <G
2192> the seven <G 2033> trumpets <G 4536> prepared <G 2090>
themselves <G 1438> to sound <G 4537>.



:7 The first <G 4413> angel <G 0032> sounded <G 4537>, and there
followed <G 1096> hail <G 5464> and fire <G 4442> mingled <G
3396> with blood <G 0129>, and they were cast <G 0906> upon the
earth <G 1093>: and the third <G 5154> part of trees <G 1186>
was burnt <G 2618> up, and all <G 3956> green <G 5515> grass <G
5528> was burnt <G 2618> up.



:8 And the second <G 1208> angel <G 0032> sounded < G 4537>, and
as it were a great <G 3173> mountain <G 3735> burning <G 2545>
with fire <G 4442> was cast <G 0906> into <G 1519> the sea <G
2281>: and the third <G 5154> part of the sea <G 2281> became <G
1096> blood <G 0129>;



:9 And the third <G 5154> part of the creatures <G 2938> which
<G 3588> were in the sea <G 2281>, and had <G 2192> life <G
5590>, died <G 0599>; and the third <G 5154> part of the ships
<G 4143> were destroyed <G 1311>.



:10 And the third <G 5154> angel <G 0032> sounded < G 4537>, and
there fell <G 4098> a great <G 3173> star <G 0792> from heaven
<G 3772>, burning <G 2545> as it were a lamp <G 2985>, and it
fell <G 4098> upon the third <G 5154> part of the rivers <G
4215>, and upon the fountains <G 4077> of waters <G 5204>;



:11 And the name <G 3686> of the star <G 0792> is called <G
3004> Wormwood <G 0894>: and the third <G 5154> part of the
waters <G 5204> became <G 1519> wormwood <G 0894>; and many <G
4183> men <G 0444> died <G 0599> of the waters < G 5204>, because
<G 3754> they were made <G 4087> bitter <G 4087> .



:12 And the fourth <G 5067> angel <G 0032> sounded <G 4537>, and
the third <G 5154> part of the sun <G 2246> was smitten <G 4141>,
and the third <G 5154> part of the moon <G 4582>, and the third
<G 5154> part of the stars <G 0792>; so <G 2443> as the third <G
5154> part of them was darkened <G 4654>, and the day <G 2250>
shone <G 5316> not for a third <G 5154> part of it, and the
night <G 3571> likewise <G 3668>.



:13 And I beheld <G 1492>, and heard <G 0191> an angel <G 0032>
flying <G 4072> through <G 1722> the midst <G 3321> of heaven <G
3321>, saying <G 3004> with a loud <G 3173> voice <G 5456>, Woe
<G 3759>, woe <G 3759>, woe <G 3759>, to the inhabiters <G 2730>
of the earth <G 1093> by reason <G 1537> of the other <G 3062>
voices <G 5456> of the trumpet <G 4536> of the three <G 5140>

2575>; and the sun <G 2246> and the air <G 0109> were darkened

:3 And there came <G 1831> out of the smoke <G 2586> locusts <G
0200> upon the earth <G 1093>: and unto them was given <G 1325>
power <G 1849>, as the scorpions <G 4651> of the earth <G 1093>
have <G 2192> power <G 1849>.



:4 And it was commanded <G 4483> them that they should not hurt
<G 0091> the grass <G 5528> of the earth <G 1093>, neither any
<G 3956> green <G 5515> thing, neither any <G 3956> tree <G

:5 And to them it was given <G 1325> that they should not kill
<G 0615> them, but that they should be tormented <G 0928> five

the torment <G 0929> of a scorpion <G 4651>, when < G 3752> he
striketh <G 3817> a man <G 0444>.



:6 And in those <G 1565> days <G 2250> shall men < G 0444> seek
<G 2212> death <G 2288>, and shall not find <G 2147> it; and
shall desire <G 1937> to die <G 0599>, and death < G 2288> shall
flee <G 5343> from them.



:7 And the shapes <G 3667> of the locusts <G 0200> [were] like
<G 3664> unto horses <G 2462> prepared <G 2090> unto battle <G
4171>; and on <G 1909> their heads <G 2776> [were] as it were
crowns <G 4735> like <G 3664> gold <G 5557>, and their faces <G
4383> [were] as the faces <G 4383> of men <G 0444>.



:8 And they had <G 2192> hair <G 2359> as the hair <G 2359> of
women <G 1135>, and their teeth <G 3599> were as [the teeth] of
lions <G 3023>.



:9 And they had <G 2192> breastplates <G 2382>, as it were
breastplates <G 2382> of iron <G 4603>; and the sound <G 5456>
of their wings <G 4420> [was] as the sound <G 5456> of chariots
<G 0716> of many <G 4183> horses <G 2462> running <G 5143> to
battle <G 4171>.



:10 And they had <G 2192> tails <G 3769> like <G 3664> unto
scorpions <G 4651>, and there were stings <G 2759> in their
tails <G 3769>: and their power <G 1849> [was] to hurt <G 0091>
men <G 0444> five <G 4002> months <G 3376>.



:11 And they had <G 2192> a king <G 0935> over <G 1909> them,
[which is] the angel <G 0032> of the bottomless <G 0012> pit,
whose <G 0846> name <G 3686> in the Hebrew <G 1447> tongue <G
1447> [is] Abaddon <G 0003>, but in the Greek <G 1673> tongue
hath <G 2192> [his] name <G 3686> Apollyon <G 0623>.



:12 One <G 3391> woe <G 3759> is past <G 0565>; [and], behold <G
2400>, there come <G 2064> two <G 1417> woes <G 3759> more <G
2089> hereafter <G 5023>.



:13. And the sixth <G 1623> angel <G 0032> sounded <G 4537>, and
I heard <G 0191> a voice <G 5456> from the four <G 5064> horns
<G 2768> of the golden <G 5552> altar <G 2379> which <G 3588> is
before <G 1799> God <G 2316>,



:14 Saying <G 3004> to the sixth <G 1623> angel which <G 3739>
had <G 2192> the trumpet <G 4536>, Loose <G 3089> the four <G
5064> angels <G 0032> which <G 3588> are bound < G 1210> in the
great <G 3173> river <G 4215> Euphrates <G 2166> .



:15 And the four <G 5064> angels <G 0032> were loosed <G 3089>,
which <G 3588> were prepared <G 2090> for an hour < G 5610>, and
a day <G 2250>, and a month <G 3376>, and a year < G 1763>, for
to slay <G 0615> the third <G 5154> part of men <G 0444>.



:16 And the number <G 0706> of the army <G 4753> of the horsemen
<G 2461> [were] two <G 1417> hundred <G 3461> thousand <G 3461>
thousand <G 3461>: and I heard <G 0191> the number <G 0706> of
them.



:17 And thus <G 3779> I saw <G 1492> the horses <G 2462> in the
vision <G 3706>, and them that sat <G 2521> on <G 1909> them,
having <G 2192> breastplates <G 2382> of fire <G 4447>, and of
jacinth <G 5191>, and brimstone <G 2306>: and the heads <G 2776>
of the horses <G 2462> [were] as the heads <G 2776> of lions <G

:18 By these <G 5103> three <G 5140> was the third <G 5154> part
of men <G 0444> killed <G 0615>, by the fire <G 4442>, and by
the smoke <G 2586>, and by the brimstone <G 2303>, which <G
3588> issued <G 1607> out of their mouths <G 4750>.



:19 For their power <G 1849> is in their mouth <G 4750>, and in
their tails <G 3769>: for their tails <G 3769> [were] like <G
3664> unto serpents <G 3789>, and had <G 2192> heads <G 2776>,
and with them they do hurt <G 0091>.



:20 And the rest <G 3062> of the men <G 0444> which <G 3739>
were not killed <G 0615> by these <G 5025> plagues <G 4127> yet
repented <G 3340> not of the works <G 2041> of their hands <G
5495>, that they should not worship <G 4352> devils < G 1140>,
and idols <G 1497> of gold <G 5552>, and silver <G 0693>, and
brass <G 5470>, and stone <G 3035>, and of wood <G 3585>: which

3777> hear <G 0191>, nor <G 3777> walk <G 4043>:



:21 Neither <G 3756> repented <G 3340> they of their murders <G
5408>, nor <G 3777> of their sorceries <G 5331>, nor <G 3777> of
their fornication <G 4202>, nor <G 3777> of their thefts <G

3004> unto him, Give <G 1325> me the little <G 0974> book <G
0974>. And he said <G 3004> unto me, Take <G 2983> [it], and eat
<G 2719> it up; and it shall make <G 4087> thy belly <G 2836>
bitter <G 4087>, but it shall be in thy mouth <G 4750> sweet <G

:10 And I took <G 2983> the little <G 0974> book < G 0974> out of
the angel's <G 0032> hand <G 5495>, and ate <G 2719> it up; and
it was in my mouth <G 4750> sweet <G 1099> as honey <G 3192>:
and as soon <G 3753> as I had eaten <G 5315> it, my belly <G

:11 And he said <G 3004> unto me, Thou must <G 1163> prophesy <G

<G 0032> stood <G 2476>, saying <G 3004>, Rise <G 1453>, and
measure <G 3354> the temple <G 3485> of God <G 2316>, and the
altar <G 2379>, and them that worship <G 4352> therein <G 0846>.



:2 But the court <G 0833> which <G 3588> is without <G 1855> the
temple <G 3485> leave <G 1544> out, and measure <G 3354> it not;
for it is given <G 1325> unto the Gentiles <G 1484>: and the
holy <G 0040> city <G 4172> shall they tread <G 3961> under foot
forty <G 5062> [and] two <G 1417> months <G 3376>.



:3 And I will give <G 1325> [power] unto my two <G 1417>
witnesses <G 3144>, and they shall prophesy <G 4395> a thousand
<G 5507> two <G 1250> hundred <G 1250> [and] threescore <G 1835>
days <G 2250>, clothed <G 4016> in sackcloth <G 4526>.



:4 These <G 3778> are the two <G 1417> olive <G 1636> trees, and
the two <G 1417> candlesticks <G 3087> standing <G 2476> before
<G 1799> the God <G 2316> of the earth <G 1093>.



:5 And if <G 1487> any <G 1536> man will <G 2309> hurt <G 0091>
them, fire <G 4442> proceedeth <G 1607> out of their mouth <G
4750>, and devoureth <G 2719> their enemies <G 2190>: and if <G
1487> any <G 1536> man will <G 2309> hurt <G 0091> them, he must
<G 1163> in this <G 3779> manner <G 3779> be killed <G 0615>.



:6 These <G 3778> have <G 2192> power <G 1849> to shut <G 2808>
heaven <G 3772>, that it rain <G 5205> not in the days <G 2250>
of their prophecy <G 4394>: and have <G 2192> power <G 1849>
over <G 1909> waters <G 5204> to turn <G 4672> them to blood <G
0129>, and to smite <G 3960> the earth <G 1093> with all <G
3956> plagues <G 4127>, as often <G 3740> as they will <G 2309>.



:7 And when <G 3752> they shall have finished <G 5055> their
testimony <G 3141>, the beast <G 2342> that ascendeth <G 0305>
out of the bottomless <G 0012> pit shall make <G 4160> war <G
4171> against <G 3326> them, and shall overcome <G 3528> them,
and kill <G 0615> them.



:8 And their dead <G 4430> bodies <G 4430> [shall lie] in the
street <G 4113> of the great <G 3173> city <G 4172>, which <G
3748> spiritually <G 4153> is called <G 2564> Sodom <G 4670> and
Egypt <G 0125>, where <G 3699> also <G 2532> our Lord <G 2962>
was crucified <G 4717>.



:9 And they of the people <G 2992> and kindreds <G 5443> and
tongues <G 1100> and nations <G 1484> shall see <G 0991> their
dead <G 4430> bodies <G 4430> three <G 5140> days <G 2250> and
an half <G 2255>, and shall not suffer <G 0863> their dead <G
4430> bodies <G 4430> to be put <G 5087> in graves <G 3418>.



:10 And they that dwell <G 2730> upon the earth <G 1093> shall
rejoice <G 5463> over <G 1909> them, and make <G 2165> merry <G
2165>, and shall send <G 3992> gifts <G 1435> one <G 0240> to
another <G 0240>; because <G 3754> these <G 3778> two <G 1417>
prophets <G 4396> tormented <G 0928> them that dwelt <G 2730> on
<G 1909> the earth <G 1093>.



:11 And after <G 3326> three <G 5140> days <G 2250> and an half
<G 2255> the Spirit <G 4151> of life <G 2222> from God <G 2316>
entered <G 1525> into <G 1909> them, and they stood <G 2476>
upon their feet <G 4228>; and great <G 3173> fear < G 5401> fell
<G 4098> upon them which saw <G 2334> them.



:12 And they heard <G 0191> a great <G 3173> voice <G 5456> from
heaven <G 3772> saying <G 3004> unto them, Come <G 0305> up
hither <G 5602>. And they ascended <G 0305> up to heaven <G
3772> in a cloud <G 3507>; and their enemies <G 2190> beheld <G

:13 And the same <G 1565> hour <G 5610> was there a great <G

:12 Therefore <G 5124> rejoice <G 2165>, [ye] heavens <G 3772>,
and ye that dwell <G 4637> in them. Woe <G 3759> to the
inhabiters <G 2730> of the earth <G 1093> and of the sea <G
2281>! for the devil <G 1228> is come <G 2597> down <G 2597>

name <G 3686>, and his tabernacle <G 4633>, and them that dwell

:7 And it was given <G 1325> unto him to make <G 4160> war <G
4171> with the saints <G 0040>, and to overcome <G 3528> them:
and power <G 1849> was given <G 1325> him over <G 1909> all <G
3956> kindreds <G 5443>, and tongues <G 1100>, and nations <G
1484>.



:8 And all <G 3956> that dwell <G 2730> upon the earth <G 1093>
shall worship <G 4352> him, whose <G 3739> names < G 3686> are
not written <G 1125> in the book <G 0976> of life < G 2222> of
the Lamb <G 0721> slain <G 4969> from the foundation <G 2602> of
the world <G 2889>.



:9 If <G 1487> any <G 1536> man have <G 2192> an ear <G 3775>,
let him hear <G 0191>.



:10 He that leadeth <G 4863> into captivity <G 0161> shall go <G
5217> into <G 1519> captivity <G 0161>: he that killeth <G 0615>
with the sword <G 3162> must <G 1163> be killed <G 0615> with
the sword <G 3162>. Here <G 5602> is the patience < G 5281> and
the faith <G 4102> of the saints <G 0040>.



:11 And I beheld <G 1492> another <G 0243> beast < G 2342> coming
<G 0305> up out of the earth <G 1093>; and he had < G 2192> two
<G 1417> horns <G 2768> like <G 3664> a lamb <G 0721>, and he
spake <G 2980> as a dragon <G 1404>.



:12 And he exerciseth <G 4160> all <G 3956> the power <G 1849>
of the first <G 4413> beast <G 2342> before <G 1799> him, and
causeth <G 4160> the earth <G 1093> and them which dwell <G
2730> therein <G 0846> to worship <G 4352> the first <G 4413>
beast <G 2342>, whose <G 3739> deadly <G 2288> wound <G 4127>
was healed <G 2323>.



:13 And he doeth <G 4160> great <G 3173> wonders < G 4592>, so <G
2443> that he maketh <G 4160> fire <G 4442> come <G 2597> down
<G 2597> from heaven <G 3772> on <G 1519> the earth <G 1093> in
the sight <G 1799> of men <G 0444>,



:14 And deceiveth <G 4105> them that dwell <G 2730> on <G 1909>
the earth <G 1093> by [the means of] those <G 3588> miracles <G
4592> which <G 3739> he had power <G 1325> to do <G 4160> in the
sight <G 1799> of the beast <G 2342>; saying <G 3004> to them
that dwell <G 2730> on <G 1909> the earth <G 1093>, that they
should make <G 4160> an image <G 1504> to the beast <G 2342>,
which <G 3739> had <G 2192> the wound <G 4127> by a sword <G
3162>, and did live <G 2198>.



:15 And he had power <G 1325> to give <G 1325> life <G 4151>
unto the image <G 1504> of the beast <G 2342>, that the image <G
1504> of the beast <G 2342> should both <G 2532> speak <G 2980>,
and cause <G 4160> that as many <G 3745> as would not worship <G
4352> the image <G 1504> of the beast <G 2342> should be killed
<G 0615>.



:16 And he causeth <G 4160> all <G 3956>, both small <G 3398>
and great <G 3173>, rich <G 4145> and poor <G 4434>, free <G
1658> and bond <G 1401>, to receive <G 1325> a mark <G 5480> in
their right <G 1188> hand <G 5495>, or <G 2228> in their
foreheads <G 3359>:



:17 And that no <G 3361> man <G 5100> might <G 1410> buy <G
0059> or <G 2228> sell <G 4453>, save <G 1508> he that had <G
2192> the mark <G 5480>, or <G 2228> the name < G 3686> of the
beast <G 2342>, or <G 2228> the number <G 0706> of his name <G

:18 Here <G 5602> is wisdom <G 4678>. Let him that hath <G 2192>
understanding <G 3563> count <G 5585> the number < G 0706> of the
beast <G 2342>: for it is the number <G 0706> of a man <G 0444>;
and his number <G 0706> [is] Six <G 1803> hundred < G 1812>
threescore <G 1835> [and] six <G 1803>.

any <G 1536> man worship <G 4352> the beast <G 2342> and his
image <G 1504>, and receive <G 2983> [his] mark <G 5480> in his

:10 The same <G 0846> shall drink <G 4095> of the wine <G 3631>
of the wrath <G 2372> of God <G 2316>, which <G 3588> is poured
<G 2767> out without <G 0194> mixture <G 0194> into <G 1722> the
cup <G 4221> of his indignation <G 3709>; and he shall be
tormented <G 0928> with fire <G 4442> and brimstone <G 2303> in

in the presence <G 1799> of the Lamb <G 0721>:



:11 And the smoke <G 2586> of their torment <G 0929> ascendeth
<G 0305> up for ever <G 0165> and ever <G 0165>: and they have
<G 2192> no <G 3756> rest <G 0372> day <G 2250> nor <G 2532>
night <G 3571>, who <G 3588> worship <G 4352> the beast <G 2342>
and his image <G 1504>, and whosoever <G 3156> receiveth <G
2983> the mark <G 5480> of his name <G 3686>.



:12 Here <G 5602> is the patience <G 5281> of the saints <G
0040>: here <G 5602> [are] they that keep <G 5083> the
commandments <G 1785> of God <G 2316>, and the faith <G 4102> of
Jesus <G 2424>.

saying <G 3004> unto me, Write <G 1125>, Blessed < G 3107> [are]
the dead <G 3498> which <G 3588> die <G 0599> in the Lord <G

Spirit <G 4151>, that they may rest <G 0373> from their labours

cloud <G 3507>, and upon the cloud <G 3507> [one] sat <G 2521>
like <G 3664> unto the Son <G 5207> of man <G 0444>, having <G
2192> on <G 1909> his head <G 2776> a golden <G 5552> crown <G
4735>, and in his hand <G 5495> a sharp <G 3691> sickle <G 1407>.





:15 And another <G 0243> angel <G 0032> came <G 1831> out of the
temple <G 3485>, crying <G 2896> with a loud <G 3173> voice <G
5456> to him that sat <G 2521> on <G 1909> the cloud <G 3507>,
Thrust <G 3992> in thy sickle <G 1407>, and reap < G 2325>: for
the time <G 5610> is come <G 2064> for thee to reap <G 2325>;
for the harvest <G 2326> of the earth <G 1093> is ripe <G 3583>.



:16 And he that sat <G 2521> on <G 1909> the cloud <G 3507>
thrust <G 0906> in his sickle <G 1407> on <G 1909> the earth <G
1093>; and the earth <G 1093> was reaped <G 2325>.



:17 And another <G 0243> angel <G 0032> came <G 1831> out of the
temple <G 3485> which <G 3588> is in heaven <G 3772>, he also <G
2532> having <G 2192> a sharp <G 3691> sickle < G 1407>.



:18 And another <G 0243> angel <G 0032> came <G 1831> out from
the altar <G 2379>, which had <G 2192> power <G 1849> over <G
1909> fire <G 4442>; and cried <G 5455> with a loud <G 3173> cry
<G 2906> to him that had <G 2192> the sharp <G 3691> sickle <G
1407>, saying <G 3004>, Thrust <G 3992> in thy sharp <G 3691>
sickle <G 1407>, and gather <G 5166> the clusters < G 1009> of
the vine <G 0288> of the earth <G 1093>; for her grapes <G 4718>
are fully ripe <G 0187>.



:19 And the angel <G 0032> thrust <G 0906> in his sickle <G
1407> into <G 1519> the earth <G 1093>, and gathered <G 5166>
the vine <G 0288> of the earth <G 1093>, and cast < G 0906> [it]
into <G 1519> the great <G 3173> winepress <G 3025> of the wrath
<G 2372> of God <G 2316>.



:20 And the winepress <G 3025> was trodden <G 3961> without <G
1854> the city <G 4172>, and blood <G 0129> came <G 1831> out of
the winepress <G 3025>, even unto the horse <G 2462> bridles <G
5469>, by the space <G 0575> of a thousand <G 5507> [and] six <G
1812> hundred <G 1812> furlongs <G 4712>.

:4 Who <G 5101> shall not fear <G 5399> thee, O Lord <G 2962>,

2400>, the temple <G 3485> of the tabernacle <G 4633> of the
testimony <G 3142> in heaven <G 3772> was opened < G 0455>:



:6 And the seven <G 2033> angels <G 0032> came <G 1831> out of
the temple <G 3485>, having <G 2192> the seven <G 2033> plagues
<G 4127>, clothed <G 1746> in pure <G 2513> and white <G 2986>
linen <G 3043>, and having <G 2192> their breasts < G 4738>
girded <G 4024> with golden <G 5552> girdles <G 2223>.



:7 And one <G 1520> of the four <G 5064> beasts <G 2226> gave <G
1325> unto the seven <G 2033> angels <G 0032> seven <G 2033>
golden <G 5552> vials <G 5357> full <G 1073> of the wrath <G
2372> of God <G 2316>, who <G 3588> liveth <G 2198> for ever <G

:8 And the temple <G 3485> was filled <G 1072> with smoke <G
2586> from the glory <G 1391> of God <G 2316>, and from his
power <G 1411>; and no <G 3762> man <G 3762> was able <G 1410>
to enter <G 1525> into <G 1519> the temple <G 3485>, till <G
0891> the seven <G 2033> plagues <G 4127> of the seven <G 2033>

his vial <G 5357> upon the earth <G 1093>; and there fell <G
1096> a noisome <G 2556> and grievous <G 4190> sore <G 1668>

5480> of the beast <G 2342>, and [upon] them which worshipped <G

:3 And the second <G 1208> angel <G 0032> poured < G 1632> out
his vial <G 5357> upon the sea <G 2281>; and it became <G 1096>
as the blood <G 0129> of a dead <G 3498> [man]: and every <G
3956> living <G 2198> soul <G 5590> died <G 0599> in the sea <G
2281>.



:4 And the third <G 5154> angel <G 0032> poured <G 1632> out his
vial <G 5357> upon the rivers <G 4215> and fountains <G 4077> of
waters <G 5204>; and they became <G 1096> blood <G 0129>.



:5 And I heard <G 0191> the angel <G 0032> of the waters <G
5204> say <G 3004>, Thou art <G 1488> righteous <G 1342>, O Lord
<G 2962>, which <G 3588> art <G 5607>, and wast <G 2258>, and
shalt be, because <G 3754> thou hast judged <G 2919> thus <G
5023>.



:6 For they have shed <G 1632> the blood <G 0129> of saints <G
0040> and prophets <G 4396>, and thou hast given <G 1325> them
blood <G 0129> to drink <G 4095>; for they are worthy <G 0514>.



:7 And I heard <G 0191> another <G 0243> out of the altar <G
2379> say <G 3004>, Even <G 3483> so <G 3483> , Lord <G 2962> God
<G 2316> Almighty <G 3841>, true <G 0228> and righteous <G 1342>
[are] thy judgments <G 2920>.



:8 And the fourth <G 5067> angel <G 0032> poured < G 1632> out
his vial <G 5357> upon the sun <G 2246>; and power was given <G
1325> unto him to scorch <G 2739> men <G 0444> with fire <G
4442>.



:9 And men <G 0444> were scorched <G 2739> with great <G 3173>
heat <G 2738>, and blasphemed <G 0987> the name <G 3686> of God
<G 2316>, which <G 3588> hath <G 2192> power <G 1849> over <G
1909> these <G 5025> plagues <G 4127>: and they repented <G
3340> not to give <G 1325> him glory <G 1391>.



:10 And the fifth <G 3991> angel <G 0032> poured < G 1632> out
his vial <G 5357> upon the seat <G 2362> of the beast <G 2342>;
and his kingdom <G 0932> was full of darkness <G 4656> ; and they
gnawed <G 3145> their tongues <G 1100> for pain <G 4192>,



:11 And blasphemed <G 0987> the God <G 2316> of heaven <G 3772>
because <G 1537> of their pains <G 4192> and their sores <G
1668>, and repented <G 3340> not of their deeds <G 2041>.



:12 And the sixth <G 1623> angel <G 0032> poured < G 1632> out
his vial <G 5357> upon the great <G 3173> river <G 4215>
Euphrates <G 2166>; and the water <G 5204> thereof <G 0846> was
dried <G 3583> up, that the way <G 3598> of the kings <G 0935>
of the east <G 0395> might be prepared <G 2090>.



:13 And I saw <G 1492> three <G 5140> unclean <G 0169> spirits
<G 4151> like <G 3664> frogs <G 0944> [come] out of the mouth <G
4750> of the dragon <G 1404>, and out of the mouth <G 4750> of
the beast <G 2342>, and out of the mouth <G 4750> of the false
<G 5578> prophet <G 5578>.



:14 For they are the spirits <G 4151> of devils <G 1142>,
working <G 4160> miracles <G 4592>, [which] go <G 1607> forth <G
1607> unto the kings <G 0935> of the earth <G 1093> and of the
whole <G 3650> world <G 3629>, to gather <G 4863> them to the
battle <G 4171> of that great <G 3173> day <G 2250> of God <G
2316> Almighty <G 3841>.



:15 Behold <G 2400>, I come <G 2064> as a thief <G 2812>.
Blessed <G 3107> [is] he that watcheth <G 1127>, and keepeth <G
5083> his garments <G 2440>, lest <G 3361> he walk <G 4043>
naked <G 1131>, and they see <G 0991> his shame <G 0808>.





:16 And he gathered <G 4863> them together <G 4863> into <G
1519> a place <G 5117> called <G 2564> in the Hebrew <G 1447>
tongue <G 1447> Armageddon <G 0717>.



:17 And the seventh <G 1442> angel <G 0032> poured <G 1632> out
his vial <G 5357> into <G 1519> the air <G 0109> ; and there came
<G 1831> a great <G 3173> voice <G 5456> out of the temple <G
3485> of heaven <G 3772>, from the throne <G 2362>, saying <G
3004>, It is done <G 1096>.



:18 And there were voices <G 5456>, and thunders <G 1027>, and
lightnings <G 0796>; and there was a great <G 3173> earthquake
<G 4578>, such <G 3634> as was not since <G 3739> men <G 0444>
were upon the earth <G 1093>, so <G 5082> mighty < G 5082> an
earthquake <G 4578>, [and] so <G 3779> great <G 3173>.



:19 And the great <G 3173> city <G 4172> was divided <G 1096>
into <G 1519> three <G 5140> parts <G 3313>, and the cities <G
4172> of the nations <G 1484> fell <G 4098>: and great <G 3173>
Babylon <G 0897> came <G 3415> in remembrance <G 3415> before <G
1799> God <G 2316>, to give <G 1325> unto her the cup <G 4221>
of the wine <G 3631> of the fierceness <G 2372> of his wrath <G
3709>.



:20 And every <G 3956> island <G 3520> fled <G 5343> away, and
the mountains <G 3735> were not found <G 2147>.



:21 And there fell <G 2597> upon men <G 0444> a great <G 3173>
hail <G 5464> out of heaven <G 3772>, [every stone] about <G
5613> the weight <G 5006> of a talent <G 5006>: and men <G 0444>
blasphemed <G 0987> God <G 2316> because <G 1537> of the plague
<G 4127> of the hail <G 5464>; for the plague <G 4127> thereof
<G 0846> was exceeding <G 4970> great <G 3173>.

blasphemy <G 0988>, having <G 2192> seven <G 2033> heads <G

:4 And the woman <G 1135> was arrayed <G 4016> in purple <G
4209> and scarlet <G 2847> colour, and decked <G 5558> with gold
<G 5557> and precious <G 5093> stones <G 3037> and pearls <G
3135>, having <G 2192> a golden <G 5552> cup <G 4221> in her
hand <G 5495> full <G 1073> of abominations <G 0946> and
filthiness <G 0168> of her fornication <G 4202>:



:5 And upon her forehead <G 3359> [was] a name <G 3686> written
<G 1125>, MYSTERY <G 3466>, BABYLON <G 0897> THE GREAT <G 3173>,
THE MOTHER <G 3384> OF HARLOTS <G 4204> AND ABOMINATIONS <G
0946> OF THE EARTH <G 1093>.



:6 And I saw <G 1492> the woman <G 1135> drunken < G 3184> with
the blood <G 0129> of the saints <G 0040>, and with the blood <G
0129> of the martyrs <G 3144> of Jesus <G 2424>: and when I saw
<G 1492> her, I wondered <G 1839> with great <G 3173> admiration
<G 2295>.



:7 And the angel <G 0032> said <G 2036> unto me, Wherefore <G
1302> didst thou marvel <G 2296>? I will tell <G 2046> thee the
mystery <G 3466> of the woman <G 1135>, and of the beast <G
2342> that carrieth <G 0941> her, which <G 3588> hath <G 2192>
the seven <G 2033> heads <G 2776> and ten <G 1176> horns <G
2768>.



:8 The beast <G 2342> that thou sawest <G 1492> was, and is not;
and shall ascend <G 0305> out of the bottomless <G 0012> pit,
and go <G 5217> into <G 1519> perdition <G 0684> : and they that
dwell <G 2730> on <G 1909> the earth <G 1093> shall wonder <G
2296>, whose <G 3739> names <G 3686> were not written <G 1125>
in the book <G 0976> of life <G 2222> from the foundation <G
2602> of the world <G 2889>, when they behold <G 0991> the beast
<G 2342> that was, and is not, and yet <G 2539> is.



:9 And here <G 5602> [is] the mind <G 3563> which < G 3588> hath

seven <G 2033> mountains <G 3735>, on <G 1909> which <G 0846>
the woman <G 1135> sitteth <G 2521>.



:10 And there are seven <G 2033> kings <G 0935>: five <G 4002>
are fallen <G 4098>, and one <G 1520> is, [and] the other <G
0243> is not yet <G 3768> come <G 2064>; and when <G 3752> he
cometh <G 2064>, he must <G 1163> continue <G 3306> a short <G
3641> space.



:11 And the beast <G 2342> that was, and is not, even <G 2532>
he is the eighth <G 3590>, and is of the seven <G 2033>, and
goeth <G 5217> into <G 1519> perdition <G 0684>.



:12 And the ten <G 1176> horns <G 2768> which <G 3739> thou
sawest <G 1492> are ten <G 1176> kings <G 0935>, which <G 3748>
have received <G 2983> no <G 3768> kingdom <G 0932> as yet <G
3768>; but receive <G 2983> power <G 1849> as kings <G 0935> one
<G 3391> hour <G 5610> with the beast <G 2342>.



:13 These <G 3778> have <G 2192> one <G 3391> mind <G 1106>, and
shall give <G 1239> their power <G 1411> and strength <G 1849>
unto the beast <G 2342>.



:14 These <G 3778> shall make <G 4170> war <G 4170> with the
Lamb <G 0721>, and the Lamb <G 0721> shall overcome <G 3528>
them: for he is Lord <G 2962> of lords <G 2962>, and King <G
0935> of kings <G 0935>: and they that are with him [are] called
<G 2822>, and chosen <G 1588>, and faithful <G 4103>.



:15 And he saith <G 3004> unto me, The waters <G 5204> which <G
3739> thou sawest <G 1492>, where <G 3757> the whore <G 4204>
sitteth <G 2521>, are peoples <G 2992>, and multitudes <G 3793>,
and nations <G 1484>, and tongues <G 1100>.



:16 And the ten <G 1176> horns <G 2768> which <G 3739> thou
sawest <G 1492> upon the beast <G 2342>, these <G 3778> shall
hate <G 3404> the whore <G 4204>, and shall make < G 4160> her
desolate <G 2049> and naked <G 1131>, and shall eat <G 5315> her
flesh <G 4561>, and burn <G 2618> her with fire <G 4442>.



:17 For God <G 2316> hath put <G 1325> in their hearts <G 2588>
to fulfil <G 4160> his will <G 1106>, and to agree <G 4160>, and
give <G 1325> their kingdom <G 0932> unto the beast <G 2342>,
until <G 0891> the words <G 4487> of God <G 2316> shall be
fulfilled <G 5055>.



:18 And the woman <G 1135> which <G 3739> thou sawest <G 1492>
is that great <G 3173> city <G 4172>, which <G 3588> reigneth <G
0932> over <G 1909> the kings <G 0935> of the earth <G 1093>.

things I saw <G 1492> another <G 0243> angel <G 0032> come <G
2597> down <G 2597> from heaven <G 3772>, having <G 2192> great
<G 3173> power <G 1849>; and the earth <G 1093> was lightened <G
5461> with his glory <G 1391>.



:2 And he cried <G 2896> mightily <G 2479> with a strong <G
3173> voice <G 5456>, saying <G 3004>, Babylon < G 0897> the
great <G 3173> is fallen <G 4098>, is fallen <G 4098>, and is
become <G 1096> the habitation <G 2732> of devils < G 1142>, and
the hold <G 5438> of every <G 3956> foul <G 0169> spirit <G
4151>, and a cage <G 5438> of every <G 3956> unclean <G 0169>
and hateful <G 3404> bird <G 3732>.



:3 For all <G 3956> nations <G 1484> have drunk of the wine <G
3631> of the wrath <G 2372> of her fornication <G 4202>, and the
kings <G 0935> of the earth <G 1093> have committed <G 4203>
fornication <G 4203> with her, and the merchants <G 1713> of the
earth <G 1093> are waxed <G 4147> rich <G 4147> through <G 1537>
the abundance <G 1411> of her delicacies <G 4764>.



:4 And I heard <G 0191> another <G 0243> voice <G 5456> from
heaven <G 3772>, saying <G 3004>, Come <G 1831> out of her, my
people <G 2992>, that ye be not partakers <G 4790> of her sins
<G 0266>, and that ye receive <G 2983> not of her plagues <G
4127>.



:5 For her sins <G 0266> have reached <G 0190> unto heaven <G
3772>, and God <G 2316> hath remembered <G 3421> her iniquities
<G 0092>.



:6 Reward <G 0591> her even <G 2532> as she rewarded <G 0591>
you, and double <G 1363> unto her double <G 1362> according <G
2596> to her works <G 2041>: in the cup <G 4221> which <G 3739>
she hath filled <G 2767> fill <G 2767> to her double <G 1362>.



:7 How <G 3745> much <G 3745> she hath glorified < G 1392>
herself <G 1438>, and lived deliciously <G 4763>, so <G 5118>
much <G 5118> torment <G 0929> and sorrow <G 3997> give <G 1325>
her: for she saith <G 3004> in her heart <G 2588>, I sit <G
2521> a queen <G 0938>, and am <G 1510> no <G 3756> widow <G
5503>, and shall see <G 1492> no <G 3364> sorrow <G 3997>.



:8 Therefore <G 5124> shall her plagues <G 4127> come <G 2240>
in one <G 3391> day <G 2250>, death <G 2288>, and mourning <G
3997>, and famine <G 3042>; and she shall be utterly < G 2618>
burned <G 2618> with fire <G 4442>: for strong <G 2478> [is] the
Lord <G 2962> God <G 2316> who <G 3588> judgeth <G 2919> her.



:9 And the kings <G 0935> of the earth <G 1093>, who <G 3588>
have committed <G 4203> fornication <G 4203> and lived
deliciously <G 4763> with her, shall bewail <G 2799> her, and
lament <G 2875> for her, when <G 3752> they shall see <G 0991>
the smoke <G 2586> of her burning <G 4451>,



:10 Standing <G 2476> afar <G 3113> off <G 0575> for the fear <G
5401> of her torment <G 0929>, saying <G 3004>, Alas <G 3758>,
alas <G 3758>, that great <G 3173> city <G 4172> Babylon <G
0897>, that mighty <G 2478> city <G 4172>! for in one <G 3391>
hour <G 5610> is thy judgment <G 2920> come <G 2064>.



:11 And the merchants <G 1713> of the earth <G 1093> shall weep
<G 2799> and mourn <G 3996> over <G 1909> her; for no <G 3762>
man <G 3762> buyeth <G 0059> their merchandise <G 1117> any <G
3765> more <G 3765>:



:12 The merchandise <G 1117> of gold <G 5557>, and silver <G
0696>, and precious <G 5093> stones <G 3037>, and of pearls <G
3135>, and fine linen <G 1040>, and purple <G 4209> , and silk <G
4596>, and scarlet <G 2847>, and all <G 3956> thyine <G 2367>
wood <G 3586>, and all <G 3956> manner vessels <G 4632> of ivory
<G 1661>, and all <G 3956> manner vessels <G 4632> of most
precious <G 5093> wood <G 3586>, and of brass <G 5475>, and iron
<G 4604>, and marble <G 3139>,



:13 And cinnamon <G 2792>, and odours <G 2368>, and ointments <G
3464>, and frankincense <G 3030>, and wine <G 3631> , and oil <G
1637>, and fine <G 4585> flour <G 4585>, and wheat <G 4621>, and
beasts <G 2934>, and sheep <G 4263>, and horses <G 2462>, and
chariots <G 4480>, and slaves <G 4983>, and souls < G 5590> of
men <G 0444>.



:14 And the fruits <G 3703> that thy soul <G 5590> lusted <G
1937> after are departed <G 0565> from thee, and all < G 3956>
things which <G 3588> were dainty <G 3045> and goodly <G 2986>
are departed <G 0565> from thee, and thou shalt find <G 2147>
them no <G 3764> more <G 3765> at all <G 3364>.



:15 The merchants <G 1713> of these <G 5130> things, which <G
3588> were made <G 4147> rich <G 4147> by her, shall stand <G
2476> afar <G 3113> off <G 0575> for the fear < G 5401> of her
torment <G 0929>, weeping <G 2799> and wailing <G 3996>,



:16 And saying <G 3004>, Alas <G 3758>, alas <G 3758>, that
great <G 3173> city <G 4172>, that was clothed <G 4016> in fine
linen <G 1039>, and purple <G 4210>, and scarlet < G 2847>, and
decked <G 5558> with gold <G 5557>, and precious < G 5093> stones
<G 3037>, and pearls <G 3135>!



:17 For in one <G 3391> hour <G 5610> so <G 5118> great <G 5118>
riches <G 4149> is come <G 2049> to nought <G 2049>. And every
<G 3956> shipmaster <G 2942>, and all <G 3956> the company <G
3658> in ships <G 4143>, and sailors <G 3492>, and as many <G
3745> as trade <G 2038> by sea <G 2281>, stood < G 2476> afar <G
3113> off <G 0575>,



:18 And cried <G 2896> when they saw <G 3708> the smoke <G 2586>
of her burning <G 4451>, saying <G 3004>, What <G 5101> [city <G
4172> is] like <G 3664> unto this great <G 3173> city <G 4172>!



:19 And they cast <G 0906> dust <G 5522> on <G 1909> their heads
<G 2776>, and cried <G 2896>, weeping <G 2799> and wailing <G
3996>, saying <G 3004>, Alas <G 3758>, alas <G 3758>, that great
<G 3173> city <G 4172>, wherein <G 3757> were made <G 4147> rich
<G 4147> all <G 3956> that had <G 2192> ships <G 4143> in the
sea <G 2281> by reason <G 1537> of her costliness < G 5094>! for
in one hour <G 5610> is she made <G 2049> desolate <G 2049>.



:20 Rejoice <G 2165> over <G 1909> her, [thou] heaven <G 3772>,
and [ye] holy <G 0040> apostles and prophets <G 4396>; for God
<G 2316> hath avenged <G 2917> you on <G 1537> her.



:21 And a mighty <G 2478> angel <G 0032> took <G 0142> up a
stone <G 3037> like <G 5613> a great <G 3173> millstone <G 3458>,
and cast <G 0906> [it] into <G 1519> the sea <G 2281>, saying
<G 3004>, Thus <G 3779> with violence <G 3731> shall that great
<G 3173> city <G 4172> Babylon <G 0897> be thrown <G 0906> down,
and shall be found <G 2147> no <G 3364> more <G 2089> at all <G
3364>.



:22 And the voice <G 5456> of harpers <G 2790>, and musicians <G
3451>, and of pipers <G 0834>, and trumpeters <G 4538>, shall be
heard <G 0191> no <G 3364> more <G 2089> at all <G 3364> in thee;
and no <G 3364> craftsman <G 5079>, of whatsoever <G 3956>
craft <G 5078> [he be], shall be found <G 2147> any <G 2089>
more <G 2089> in thee; and the sound <G 5456> of a millstone <G
3458> shall be heard <G 0191> no <G 3364> more < G 2089> at all
<G 3364> in thee;



:23 And the light <G 5457> of a candle <G 3088> shall shine <G
5316> no <G 3364> more <G 2089> at all <G 3364> in thee; and the
voice <G 5456> of the bridegroom <G 3566> and of the bride <G
3565> shall be heard <G 0191> no <G 3364> more < G 2089> at all
<G 3364> in thee: for thy merchants <G 1713> were the great <G
3175> men of the earth <G 1093>; for by thy sorceries <G 5331>
were all <G 3956> nations <G 1484> deceived <G 4105>.



:24 And in her was found <G 2147> the blood <G 0129> of prophets
<G 4396>, and of saints <G 0040>, and of all <G 3956> that were
slain <G 4969> upon the earth <G 1093>.

True <G 0228>, and in righteousness <G 1343> he doth judge <G

:12 His eyes <G 3788> [were] as a flame <G 5395> of fire <G
4442>, and on <G 1909> his head <G 2776> [were] many <G 4183>
crowns <G 1238>; and he had <G 2192> a name <G 3686> written <G
1125>, that no <G 3762> man <G 3762> knew <G 1492>, but he
himself.



:13 And he [was] clothed <G 4016> with a vesture <G 2440> dipped

nations <G 1484>: and he shall rule <G 4165> them with a rod <G
4464> of iron <G 4603>: and he treadeth <G 3961> the winepress

:16 And he hath <G 2192> on <G 1909> [his] vesture <G 2440> and
on <G 1909> his thigh <G 3382> a name <G 3686> written <G 1125>,
KING <G 0935> OF KINGS <G 0935>, AND LORD <G 2962> OF LORDS <G
2962>.



:17 And I saw <G 1492> an angel <G 0032> standing < G 2476> in
the sun <G 2246>; and he cried <G 2896> with a loud <G 3173>
voice <G 5456>, saying <G 3004> to all <G 3956> the fowls <G

:19 And I saw <G 1492> the beast <G 2342>, and the kings <G
0935> of the earth <G 1093>, and their armies <G 4753>, gathered
<G 4863> together <G 4863> to make <G 4160> war <G 4171> against
<G 3326> him that sat <G 2521> on <G 1909> the horse <G 2462>,
and against <G 3326> his army <G 4753>.



:20 And the beast <G 2342> was taken <G 4084>, and with him the
false <G 5578> prophet <G 5578> that wrought <G 4160> miracles
<G 4592> before <G 1799> him, with which <G 3739> he deceived <G
4105> them that had received <G 2983> the mark <G 5480> of the
beast <G 2342>, and them that worshipped <G 4352> his image <G
1504>. These <G 3588> both <G 1417> were cast < G 0906> alive <G
2198> into <G 1519> a lake <G 3041> of fire <G 4442> burning <G
2545> with brimstone <G 2303>.





:21 And the remnant <G 3062> were slain <G 0615> with the sword
<G 4501> of him that sat <G 2521> upon the horse < G 2462>, which
<G 3588> [sword] proceeded <G 1607> out of his mouth <G 4750>:
and all <G 3956> the fowls <G 3732> were filled <G 5526> with
their flesh <G 4561>.

upon them, and judgment <G 2917> was given <G 1325> unto them:
and [I saw] the souls <G 5590> of them that were beheaded <G
3990> for the witness <G 3141> of Jesus <G 2424>, and for the
word <G 3056> of God <G 2316>, and which <G 3748> had not
worshipped <G 4352> the beast <G 2342>, neither <G 3777> his

:5 But the rest <G 3062> of the dead <G 3498> lived <G 0326> not
again <G 0326> until <G 2193> the thousand <G 5507> years <G
2094> were finished <G 5055>. This <G 3778> [is] the first <G
4413> resurrection <G 0386>.



:6 Blessed <G 3107> and holy <G 0040> [is] he that hath <G 2192>
part <G 3313> in the first <G 4413> resurrection < G 0386>: on <G
1909> such <G 5130> the second <G 1208> death < G 2288> hath <G
2192> no <G 3756> power <G 1849>, but they shall be priests <G
2409> of God <G 2316> and of Christ <G 5547>, and shall reign <G

:7 And when <G 3752> the thousand <G 5507> years < G 2094> are
expired <G 5055>, Satan <G 4567> shall be loosed < G 3089> out of
his prison <G 5438>,



:8 And shall go <G 1831> out to deceive <G 4105> the nations <G
1484> which <G 3588> are in the four <G 5064> quarters <G 1137>
of the earth <G 1093>, Gog <G 1136> and Magog <G 3098>, to
gather <G 4863> them together <G 4863> to battle < G 4171>: the
number <G 0706> of whom <G 3739> [is] as the sand < G 0285> of
the sea <G 2281>.



:9 And they went <G 0305> up on <G 1909> the breadth <G 4114> of
the earth <G 1093>, and compassed <G 2944> the camp <G 3925> of
the saints <G 0040> about <G 2944>, and the beloved <G 0025>
city <G 4172>: and fire <G 4442> came <G 2597> down <G 2597>
from God <G 2316> out of heaven <G 3772>, and devoured <G 2719>
them.



:10 And the devil <G 1228> that deceived <G 4105> them was cast
<G 0906> into <G 1519> the lake <G 3041> of fire <G 4442> and
brimstone <G 2303>, where <G 3699> the beast <G 2342> and the
false <G 5578> prophet <G 5578> [are], and shall be tormented <G
0928> day <G 2250> and night <G 3571> for ever < G 0165> and ever
<G 0165>.



:11 And I saw <G 1492> a great <G 3173> white <G 3022> throne <G
2362>, and him that sat <G 2521> on <G 1909> it, from whose <G
3739> face <G 4383> the earth <G 1093> and the heaven <G 3772>
fled <G 5343> away; and there was found <G 2147> no <G 3756>
place <G 5117> for them.



:12 And I saw <G 1492> the dead <G 3498>, small <G 3398> and
great <G 3173>, stand <G 2476> before <G 1799> God <G 2316>; and
the books <G 0975> were opened <G 0455>: and another <G 0243>
book <G 0976> was opened <G 0455>, which <G 3739> is [the book
<G 0976>] of life <G 2222>: and the dead <G 3498> were judged <G

in the books <G 0975>, according <G 2596> to their works <G

:13 And the sea <G 2281> gave <G 1325> up the dead <G 3498>
which <G 3588> were in it; and death <G 2288> and hell <G 0086>
delivered <G 1325> up the dead <G 3498> which <G 3588> were in
them: and they were judged <G 2919> every <G 1538> man according
<G 2596> to their works <G 2041>.



:14 And death <G 2288> and hell <G 0086> were cast <G 0906> into
<G 1519> the lake <G 3041> of fire <G 4442>. This <G 3778> is
the second <G 1208> death <G 2288>.



:15 And whosoever <G 3156> was not found <G 2147> written <G
1125> in the book <G 0976> of life <G 2222> was cast <G 0906>
into <G 1519> the lake <G 3041> of fire <G 4442> .

:3 And I heard <G 0191> a great <G 3173> voice <G 5456> out of
heaven <G 3772> saying <G 3004>, Behold <G 2400> , the tabernacle
<G 4633> of God <G 2316> [is] with men <G 0444>, and he will
dwell <G 4637> with them, and they shall be his people < G 2992>,
and God <G 2316> himself <G 0846> shall be with them, [and be]
their God <G 2316>.



:4 And God <G 2316> shall wipe <G 1813> away <G 1813> all <G
3956> tears <G 1144> from their eyes <G 3788>; and there shall
be no <G 3756> more <G 2089> death <G 2288>, neither <G 3777>
sorrow <G 3997>, nor <G 3777> crying <G 2906>, neither shall
there be any <G 2089> more <G 2089> pain <G 4192>: for the
former <G 4413> things are passed <G 0565> away <G 0565>.



:5 And he that sat <G 2521> upon the throne <G 2362> said <G
2036>, Behold <G 2400>, I make <G 4160> all <G 3956> things new
<G 2537>. And he said <G 3004> unto me, Write <G 1125>: for
these <G 3778> words <G 3056> are true <G 0228> and faithful <G
4103>.



:6 And he said <G 2036> unto me, It is done <G 1096> I am <G
1510> Alpha <G 0001> and Omega <G 5598>, the beginning <G 0746>
and the end <G 5056>. I will give <G 1325> unto him that is
athirst <G 1372> of the fountain <G 4077> of the water <G 5204>
of life <G 2222> freely <G 1432>.



:7 He that overcometh <G 3528> shall inherit <G 2816> all <G
3956> things; and I will be his God <G 2316>, and he shall be my
son <G 5207>.



:8 But the fearful <G 1169>, and unbelieving <G 0571>, and the
abominable <G 0948>, and murderers <G 5406>, and whoremongers <G
4205>, and sorcerers <G 5332>, and idolaters <G 1496>, and all
<G 3956> liars <G 5571>, shall have their part <G 3313> in the
lake <G 3041> which <G 3739> burneth <G 2545> with fire <G 4442>
and brimstone <G 2303>: which <G 3739> is the second <G 1208>
death <G 2288>.



:9 And there came <G 2064> unto me one <G 1520> of the seven <G
2033> angels <G 0032> which <G 3588> had <G 2192> the seven <G
2033> vials <G 5357> full <G 1073> of the seven <G 2033> last <G
2078> plagues <G 4127>, and talked <G 2980> with me, saying <G
3004>, Come <G 1204> hither <G 1204>, I will shew <G 1166> thee
the bride <G 3565>, the Lamb's <G 0721> wife <G 1135>.



:10 And he carried <G 0667> me away <G 0667> in the spirit <G
4151> to a great <G 3173> and high <G 5308> mountain <G 3735>,
and shewed <G 1166> me that great <G 3173> city <G 4172>, the
holy <G 0040> Jerusalem <G 2419>, descending <G 2597> out of
heaven <G 3772> from God <G 2316>,



:11 Having <G 2192> the glory <G 1391> of God <G 2316>: and her
light <G 5458> [was] like <G 3664> unto a stone <G 3037> most
precious <G 5093>, even <G 5613> like <G 5613> a jasper <G 2393>
stone <G 3037>, clear <G 2929> as crystal <G 2929>;



:12 And had <G 2192> a wall <G 5038> great <G 3173> and high <G
5308>, [and] had <G 2192> twelve <G 1427> gates <G 4440>, and at
<G 1909> the gates <G 4440> twelve <G 1427> angels <G 0032>, and
names <G 3686> written <G 1924> thereon <G 1924> , which <G 3739>
are [the names] of the twelve <G 1427> tribes <G 5443> of the
children <G 5207> of Israel <G 2474>:



:13 On <G 0575> the east <G 0395> three <G 5140> gates <G 4440>;
on <G 0575> the north <G 1005> three <G 5140> gates <G 4440>; on
<G 0575> the south <G 3558> three <G 5140> gates <G 4440>; and
on <G 0575> the west <G 1424> three <G 5140> gates <G 4440>.



:14 And the wall <G 5038> of the city <G 4172> had <G 2192>
twelve <G 1427> foundations <G 2310>, and in them the names <G
3686> of the twelve <G 1427> apostles <G 0652> of the Lamb <G
0721>.



:15 And he that talked <G 2980> with me had <G 2192> a golden <G
5552> reed <G 2563> to measure <G 3354> the city <G 4172>, and
the gates <G 4440> thereof <G 0846>, and the wall < G 5038>
thereof <G 0846>.



:16 And the city <G 4172> lieth <G 2749> foursquare <G 5068>,
and the length <G 3372> is as large <G 5118> as the breadth <G
4114>: and he measured <G 3354> the city <G 4172> with the reed
<G 2563>, twelve <G 1427> thousand <G 5505> furlongs <G 4712>.
The length <G 3372> and the breadth <G 4114> and the height <G
5311> of it are equal <G 2470>.



:17 And he measured <G 3354> the wall <G 5038> thereof <G 0846>,
an hundred <G 1540> [and] forty <G 5062> [and] four <G 5064>
cubits <G 4083>, [according to] the measure <G 3358> of a man <G
0444>, that is, of the angel <G 0032>.



:18 And the building <G 1739> of the wall <G 5038> of it was
[of] jasper <G 2393>: and the city <G 4172> [was] pure <G 2513>
gold <G 5553>, like <G 3664> unto clear <G 2513> glass <G 5194>.



:19 And the foundations <G 2310> of the wall <G 5038> of the
city <G 4172> [were] garnished <G 2885> with all < G 3956> manner
of precious <G 5093> stones <G 3037>. The first <G 4413>
foundation <G 2310> [was] jasper <G 2393>; the second <G 1208>,
sapphire <G 4552>; the third <G 5154>, a chalcedony <G 5472>;
the fourth <G 5067>, an emerald <G 4665>;



:20 The fifth <G 3991>, sardonyx <G 4557>; the sixth <G 1623>,
sardius <G 4556>; the seventh <G 1442>, chrysolite <G 5555>; the
eighth <G 3590>, beryl <G 0969>; the ninth <G 1766>, a topaz <G
5116>; the tenth <G 1182>, a chrysoprasus <G 5556>; the eleventh
<G 1734>, a jacinth <G 5192>; the twelfth <G 1428>, an amethyst
<G 0271>.



:21 And the twelve <G 1427> gates <G 4440> [were] twelve <G
1427> pearls <G 3135>; every <G 1538> several < G 1520> gate <G
4440> was of one <G 1520> pearl <G 1328>: and the street <G
4113> of the city <G 4172> [was] pure <G 2513> gold <G 5553>, as
it were transparent <G 1307> glass <G 5194>.



:22 And I saw <G 1492> no <G 3756> temple <G 3485> therein <G
0846>: for the Lord <G 2962> God <G 2316> Almighty <G 3841> and
the Lamb <G 0721> are the temple <G 3485> of it.



:23 And the city <G 4172> had <G 2192> no <G 3756> need <G 5532>
of the sun <G 2246>, neither <G 3761> of the moon < G 4582>, to
shine <G 5316> in it: for the glory <G 1391> of God <G 2316> did
lighten <G 5461> it, and the Lamb <G 0721> [is] the light <G
3088> thereof <G 0846>.



:24 And the nations <G 1484> of them which are saved <G 4982>
shall walk <G 4043> in the light <G 5457> of it: and the kings
<G 0935> of the earth <G 1093> do bring <G 5342> their glory <G
1391> and honour <G 5092> into <G 1519> it.



:25 And the gates <G 4440> of it shall not be shut <G 2808> at
all <G 3364> by day <G 2250>: for there shall be no <G 3756>
night <G 3571> there <G 1563>.



:26 And they shall bring <G 5342> the glory <G 1391> and honour
<G 5092> of the nations <G 1484> into <G 1519> it.



:27 And there shall in no <G 3364> wise enter <G 1525> into <G
1519> it any <G 3956> thing that defileth <G 2840>, neither
[whatsoever] worketh <G 4160> abomination <G 0946>, or <G 2532>
[maketh] a lie <G 5579>: but they which are written <G 1125> in
the Lamb's <G 0721> book <G 0975> of life <G 2222>.

:2 In the midst <G 3319> of the street <G 4113> of it, and on <G
1909> either <G 2532> side <G 1782> of the river <G 4215>, [was
there] the tree <G 3586> of life <G 2222>, which bare <G 4160>
twelve <G 1427> [manner of] fruits <G 2590>, [and] yielded <G

leaves <G 5444> of the tree <G 3586> [were] for the healing <G

shall be in it; and his servants <G 1401> shall serve <G 3000>

and they need <G 5532> no <G 3756> candle <G 3088>, neither

2316> giveth them light <G 5461>: and they shall reign <G 0936>

:6 And he said <G 2036> unto me, These <G 3778> sayings <G 3056>
[are] faithful <G 4103> and true <G 0228>: and the Lord <G 2962>
God <G 2316> of the holy <G 0040> prophets <G 4396> sent <G
0649> his angel <G 0032> to shew <G 1166> unto his servants <G
1401> the things which <G 3739> must <G 1163> shortly <G 5034>

:7 Behold <G 2400>, I come <G 2064> quickly <G 5035>: blessed <G

prophecy <G 4394> of this <G 5127> book <G 0975> .



:8 And I John <G 2491> saw <G 0991> these <G 5023> things, and

and seen <G 0991>, I fell <G 4098> down to worship <G 4352>

do it] not: for I am <G 1510> thy fellowservant <G 4889>, and of

0975>: worship <G 4352> God <G 2316>.



:10 And he saith <G 3004> unto me, Seal <G 4972> not the sayings
<G 3056> of the prophecy <G 4394> of this <G 5127> book <G 0975>:
for the time <G 2540> is at <G 1451> hand <G 1451>.



:11 He that is unjust <G 0091>, let him be unjust <G 0091> still
<G 2089>: and he which is filthy <G 4510>, let him be filthy <G
4510> still <G 2089>: and he that is righteous <G 1342>, let him
be righteous <G 1344> still <G 2089>: and he that is holy <G
0040>, let him be holy <G 0037> still <G 2089>.



:12 And, behold <G 2400>, I come <G 2064> quickly < G 5035>; and
my reward <G 3408> [is] with me, to give <G 0591> every <G 1538>
man according <G 5613> as his work <G 2041> shall be.



:13 I am <G 1510> Alpha <G 0001> and Omega <G 5598>, the
beginning <G 0746> and the end <G 5056>, the first <G 4413> and
the last <G 2078>.



:14 Blessed <G 3107> [are] they that do <G 4160> his
commandments <G 1785>, that they may have <G 2071> right <G
1849> to the tree <G 3586> of life <G 2222>, and may enter <G
1525> in through the gates <G 4440> into <G 1519> the city <G
4172>.



:15 For without <G 1854> [are] dogs <G 2965>, and sorcerers <G
5333>, and whoremongers <G 4205>, and murderers <G 5406>, and
idolaters <G 1496>, and whosoever <G 3588> loveth < G 5368> and
maketh <G 4160> a lie <G 5579>.



:16 I Jesus <G 2424> have sent <G 3992> mine <G 3450> angel <G
0032> to testify <G 3140> unto you these <G 5023> things in the
churches <G 1577>. I am <G 1510> the root <G 4491> and the
offspring <G 1085> of David <G 1138>, [and] the bright <G 2986>
and morning <G 3720> star <G 0792>.



:17 And the Spirit <G 4151> and the bride <G 3565> say <G 3004>,
Come <G 2064>. And let him that heareth <G 0191> say <G 2036>,
Come <G 2064>. And let him that is athirst <G 1372> come <G
2064>. And whosoever <G 3588> will <G 2309>, let him take <G
2902> the water <G 5204> of life <G 2222> freely <G 1432>.



:18 For I testify <G 4828> unto every <G 3956> man <G 3956> that
heareth <G 0191> the words <G 3056> of the prophecy <G 4394> of
this <G 5127> book <G 0975>, If <G 1437> any <G 5100> man shall
add <G 2007> unto these <G 5023> things, God <G 2316> shall add
<G 2007> unto him the plagues <G 4127> that are written <G 1125>
in this <G 5129> book <G 0975>:



:19 And if <G 1437> any <G 5100> man shall take <G 0851> away <G
0851> from the words <G 3056> of the book <G 0976> of this <G
5129> prophecy <G 4394>, God <G 2316> shall take <G 0851> away
<G 0851> his part <G 3313> out of the book <G 0976> of life <G
2222>, and out of the holy <G 0040> city <G 4172>, and [from]
the things which are written <G 1125> in this <G 5026> book <G
0975>.



:20 He which testifieth <G 3140> these <G 5023> things saith <G
3004>, Surely <G 3483> I come <G 2064> quickly < G 5035>. Amen <G
0281>. Even <G 3483> so <G 3483>, come <G 2064>, Lord <G 2962>
Jesus <G 2424>.



:21 The grace <G 5485> of our Lord <G 2962> Jesus < G 2424>
