5 My covenant <1285 b@riyth > was with him of life < 2416 chay >
and peace <7965 shalowm >; and I gave <5414 nathan > them to him

6 The law <8451 towrah > of truth <0571 >emeth > was in his

8 But ye are departed <5493 cuwr > out of the way <1870 derek >;

covenant <1285 b@riyth > of Levi <3878 Leviy >, saith <0559

have not kept <8104 shamar > my ways <1870 derek >, but have
been partial in the law <8451 towrah >.

10. Have we not all <3605 kol > one <0259 >echad > father <2>?
hath not one <0259 >echad > God <0410 >el > created <1254 bara>
> us? why <4069 madduwa< > do we deal treacherously <0898 bagad
> every man <0376 >iysh > against his brother < 0251 >ach >, by

fathers <1>?

11 Judah <3063 Y@huwdah > hath dealt treacherously < 0898 bagad
>, and an abomination <8441 tow<ebah > is committed <6213 <asah
> in Israel <3478 Yisra>el > and in Jerusalem < 3389 Y@ruwshalaim
>; for Judah <3063 Y@huwdah > hath profaned <2490 chalal > the

12 The LORD <3068 Y@hovah > will cut <3772 karath > off the man

<uwr > and the scholar <6030 <anah >, out of the tabernacles
<0168 >ohel > of Jacob <3290 Ya<aqob >, and him that offereth

13 And this have ye done <6213 <asah > again <8145 sheniy >,

That he might seek <1245 baqash > a godly <0430 > elohiym > seed

4 Then shall the offering <4503 minchah > of Judah < 3063
Y@huwdah > and Jerusalem <3389 Y@ruwshalaim > be pleasant <6148
<arab > unto the LORD <3068 Y@hovah >, as in the days <3117 yowm
> of old <5769 <owlam >, and as in former <6931 qadmowniy >

5 And I will come <7126 qarab > near <7126 qarab > to you to
judgment <4941 mishpat >; and I will be a swift <4116 mahar >

against the adulterers <5003 na>aph >, and against false <8267
sheqer > swearers <7650 shaba< >, and against those that oppress

7. Even from the days <3117 yowm > of your fathers < 1> ye are
gone <5493 cuwr > away <5493 cuwr > from mine ordinances <2706
choq >, and have not kept <8104 shamar > [them]. Return <7725
shuwb > unto me, and I will return <7725 shuwb > unto you, saith
<0559 >amar > the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > of hosts <6635 tsaba> >.
But ye said <0559 >amar >, Wherein <4100 mah > shall we return
<7725 shuwb >?

8 Will a man <0120 >adam > rob <6906 qaba< > God <0430 >elohiym
>? Yet ye have robbed <6906 qaba< > me. But ye say <0559 >amar >,
Wherein <4100 mah > have we robbed <0962 bazaz > thee? In
tithes <4643 ma<aser > and offerings <8641 t@ruwmah >.

9 Ye [are] cursed <0779 >arar > with a curse <3994 m@erah >:
for ye have robbed <6906 qaba< > me, [even] this whole <3605 kol
> nation <1471 gowy >.

10 Bring <0935 bow> > ye all <3605 kol > the tithes <4643
ma<aser > into <0413 >el > the storehouse <0214 >owtsar >, that
there may be meat <2964 tereph > in mine house <1004 bayith >,
and prove <0974 bachan > me now <4994 na> > herewith <2063 zo>th

tsaba> >, if I will not open <6605 pathach > you the windows

13. Your words <1697 dabar > have been stout <2388 chazaq >
against <5921 <al > me, saith <0559 >amar > the LORD <3068
Y@hovah >. Yet ye say <0559 >amar >, What <4100 mah > have we
spoken <1696 dabar > [so much] against <5921 <al > thee?

14 Ye have said <0559 >amar >, It [is] vain <7723 shav> > to
serve <5647 <abad > God <0430 >elohiym >: and what <4100 mah >
profit <1215 betsa< > [is it] that we have kept <8104 shamar >
his ordinance <4931 mishmereth >, and that we have walked <1980
halak > mournfully <6941 q@doranniyth > before <6440 paniym >
the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > of hosts <6635 tsaba> >?

<2086 zed > happy <0833 >ashar >; yea <1571 gam >, they that
work <6213 <asah > wickedness <7564 rish<ah > are set <1129
banah > up; yea <1571 gam >, [they that] tempt <0974 bachan >
God <0430 >elohiym > are even delivered <4422 malat >.

16 Then they that feared <3372 yare> > the LORD < 3068 Y@hovah >
spake <1696 dabar > often one <0376 >iysh > to another <7453
rea< >: and the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > hearkened < 7181 qashab >,
and heard <8085 shama< > [it], and a book <5612 cepher > of

17 And they shall be mine, saith <0559 >amar > the LORD <3068

and I will spare <2550 chamal > them, as a man <0376 >iysh >
spareth <2550 chamal > his own son <1121 ben > that serveth

18 Then shall ye return <7725 shuwb >, and discern < 7200 ra>ah
> between <0996 beyn > the righteous <6662 tsaddiyq > and the
wicked <7563 rasha< >, between <0996 beyn > him that serveth
<5647 <abad > God <0430 >elohiym > and him that serveth <5647
<abad > him not.

Malachi 4

1. For, behold <2009 hinneh >, the day <3117 yowm > cometh

tannuwr >; and all <3605 kol > the proud <2086 zed >, yea, and
all <3605 kol > that do <6213 <asah > wickedly < 7564 rish<ah >,
shall be stubble <7179 qash >: and the day <3117 yowm > that
cometh <0935 bow> > shall burn <3857 lahat > them up, saith
