12. [Art] thou not from everlasting <6924 qedem >, O LORD <3068

them?

15 They take <5927 <alah > up all <3605 kol > of them with the

net <2764 cherem >, and gather <0622 >acaph > them in their drag
<4365 mikmereth >: therefore they rejoice <8055 samach > and are
glad <1523 giyl >.

16 Therefore they sacrifice <2076 zabach > unto their net <2764

1. I will stand <5975 <amad > upon my watch <4931 mishmereth >,

he will say <1696 dabar > unto me, and what <4100 mah > I shall

9 Woe <1945 howy > to him that coveteth <1214 batsa< > an evil

bayith >, that he may set <7760 suwm > his nest <7064 qen > on

10 Thou hast consulted <3289 ya<ats > shame <1322 bosheth > to
thy house <1004 bayith > by cutting <7096 qatsah > off many

11 For the stone <68> shall cry <2199 za<aq > out of the wall

12 Woe <1945 howy > to him that buildeth <1129 banah > a town
<5892 <iyr > with blood <1818 dam >, and stablisheth <3559 kuwn
> a city <7151 qiryah > by iniquity <5766 <evel >!

13 Behold <2009 hinneh >, [is it] not of the LORD <3068 Y@hovah
> of hosts <6635 tsaba> > that the people <5971 <am > shall
labour <3021 yaga< > in the very <1767 day > fire <0784 >esh >,
and the people <3816 l@om > shall weary <3286 ya<aph >
themselves for very <1767 day > vanity <7385 riyq >?

14 For the earth <0776 >erets > shall be filled < 4390 male> >

the LORD <3068 Y@hovah >, as the waters <4325 mayim > cover

15. Woe <1945 howy > unto him that giveth his neighbour <7453
rea< > drink <8248 shaqah >, that puttest <5596 caphach > thy
bottle <2573 chemeth > to [him], and makest [him] drunken <7937
shakar > also <0637 >aph >, that thou mayest look < 5027 nabat >
on <5921 <al > their nakedness <4589 ma<owr >!

16 Thou art filled <7646 saba< > with shame <7036 qalown > for
glory <3519 kabowd >: drink <8354 shathah > thou also <1571 gam
>, and let thy foreskin <6188 <arel > be uncovered: the cup

17 For the violence <2555 chamac > of Lebanon <3844 L@banown >
shall cover <3680 kacah > thee, and the spoil <0962 bazaz > of

>, because of men's <0120 >adam > blood <1818 dam >, and for the
violence <2555 chamac > of the land <0776 >erets >, of the city

19 Woe <1945 howy > unto him that saith <0559 >amar > to the

15 Thou didst walk <1869 darak > through the sea <3220 yam >

16. When I heard <8085 shama< >, my belly <0990 beten >
trembled <7364 rachats >; my lips <8193 saphah > quivered <6750
