into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the

Jesus MT 26 04 And consulted that they might take {Jesus} by
subtlety, and kill [him].

to {Jerusalem},
Jerusalem MT 02 03 When Herod the king had heard [these things],
he was troubled, and all {Jerusalem} with him.

[from] Judaea, and [from] beyond Jordan.
Jerusalem MT 05 35 Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool:
neither by {Jerusalem}; for it is the city of the great King.
Jerusalem MT 15 01 Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees,
which were of {Jerusalem}, saying,

his disciples, how that he must go unto {Jerusalem}, and suffer many

raised again the third day.

of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and
they shall condemn him to death,

city was moved, saying, Who is this?
Jerusalem MT 23 37 O {Jerusalem}, Jerusalem, [thou] that killest
the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I
have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens
under [her] wings, and ye would not!
Jerusalem MT 23 37 O Jerusalem, {Jerusalem}, [thou] that killest
the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I
have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens
under [her] wings, and ye would not!

of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to
preach in their cities.

teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom,

charged them, saying, See [that] no man know [it].

came to him: and {Jesus} saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do

followed him, crying, and saying, [Thou] son of David, have mercy on us.

he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And
the woman was made whole from that hour.
Jesus MT 09 19 And {Jesus} arose, and followed him, and [so did]
his disciples.

the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the
days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then
shall they fast.
Jesus MT 09 12 But when {Jesus} heard [that], he said unto them,
They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
Jesus MT 09 10 And it came to pass, as {Jesus} sat at meat in the
house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and
his disciples.

{Jesus} asked them,
Jesus MT 22 37 {Jesus} said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord
thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Jesus MT 22 29 {Jesus} answered and said unto them, Ye do err,
not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
Jesus MT 22 18 But {Jesus} perceived their wickedness, and said,
Why tempt ye me, [ye] hypocrites?
Jesus MT 22 01 And {Jesus} answered and spake unto them again by
parables, and said,
Jesus MT 21 42 {Jesus} saith unto them, Did ye never read in the
scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the
head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our
eyes?
Jesus MT 21 31 Whether of them twain did the will of [his]
father? They say unto him, The first. {Jesus} saith unto them, Verily I
say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of
God before you.
Jesus MT 21 27 And they answered {Jesus}, and said, We cannot
tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do
these things.
Jesus MT 21 24 And {Jesus} answered and said unto them, I also
will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you
by what authority I do these things.
Jesus MT 21 21 {Jesus} answered and said unto them, Verily I say
unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this
[which is done] to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this
mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
Jesus MT 21 16 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say?
And {Jesus} saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of
babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
Jesus MT 21 12 And {Jesus} went into the temple of God, and cast
out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables
of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,
Jesus MT 21 11 And the multitude said, This is {Jesus} the
prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.
Jesus MT 21 06 And the disciples went, and did as {Jesus}
commanded them,
Jesus MT 21 01 And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were
come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent {Jesus} two
disciples,
Jesus MT 20 34 So {Jesus} had compassion [on them], and touched
their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed
him.
Jesus MT 20 32 And {Jesus} stood still, and called them, and said,
What will ye that I shall do unto you?
Jesus MT 20 30 And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side,
when they heard that {Jesus} passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on
us, O Lord, [thou] son of David.
Jesus MT 20 25 But {Jesus} called them [unto him], and said, Ye
know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and
they that are great exercise authority upon them.
Jesus MT 20 22 But {Jesus} answered and said, Ye know not what ye
ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be
baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We
are able.
Jesus MT 20 17 And {Jesus} going up to Jerusalem took the twelve
disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,
Jesus MT 19 28 And {Jesus} said unto them, Verily I say unto you,
That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man
shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve
thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Jesus MT 19 26 But {Jesus} beheld [them], and said unto them,
With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
Jesus MT 19 23 Then said {Jesus} unto his disciples, Verily I say
unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus MT 19 21 {Jesus} said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go
[and] sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have
treasure in heaven: and come [and] follow me.
Jesus MT 19 18 He saith unto him, Which? {Jesus} said, Thou shalt
do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou
shalt not bear false witness,
Jesus MT 19 14 But {Jesus} said, Suffer little children, and
forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus MT 19 01 And it came to pass, [that] when {Jesus} had
finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee, and came into the coasts
of Judaea beyond Jordan;
Jesus MT 18 22 {Jesus} saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until
seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Jesus MT 09 09 And as {Jesus} passed forth from thence, he saw a
man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto
him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.
Jesus MT 18 01 At the same time came the disciples unto {Jesus},
saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
Jesus MT 17 26 Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. {Jesus} saith
unto him, Then are the children free.
John MT 11 12 And from the days of {John} the Baptist until now
the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
Jesus MT 17 22 And while they abode in Galilee, {Jesus} said unto
them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:
Jesus MT 17 20 And {Jesus} said unto them, Because of your
unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of
mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder
place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Jesus MT 17 19 Then came the disciples to {Jesus} apart, and said,
Why could not we cast him out?
Jesus MT 17 18 And {Jesus} rebuked the devil; and he departed out
of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.
Jesus MT 17 17 Then {Jesus} answered and said, O faithless and
perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer
you? bring him hither to me.
Jesus MT 17 11 And {Jesus} answered and said unto them, Elias
truly shall first come, and restore all things.
Jesus MT 17 09 And as they came down from the mountain, {Jesus}
charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be
risen again from the dead.
Jesus MT 17 08 And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw
no man, save {Jesus} only.
Jesus MT 17 07 And {Jesus} came and touched them, and said, Arise,
and be not afraid.
Jesus MT 17 04 Then answered Peter, and said unto {Jesus}, Lord,
it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three
tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
John MT 11 11 Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of
women there hath not risen a greater than {John} the Baptist:
notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than
he.
Jesus MT 16 24 Then said {Jesus} unto his disciples, If any [man]
will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and
follow me.
Jesus MT 16 21 From that time forth began {Jesus} to show unto
his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things
of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised
again the third day.
Jesus MT 16 20 Then charged he his disciples that they should
tell no man that he was {Jesus} the Christ.
John MT 04 21 And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren,
James [the son] of Zebedee, and {John} his brother, in a ship with
Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.
John MT 03 14 But {John} forbad him, saying, I have need to be
baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
Jesus MT 16 08 Which] when {Jesus} perceived, he said unto them,
O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have
brought no bread?
Jesus MT 16 06 Then {Jesus} said unto them, Take heed and beware
of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
Jesus MT 15 34 And {Jesus} saith unto them, How many loaves have
ye? And they said, Seven, and a few little fishes.
Jesus MT 15 32 Then {Jesus} called his disciples [unto him], and
said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me
